So…
Really good workout yesterday. My legs today are "burning". Increased some wheigt on Squats and also on 45º. Was felling strong. and also felling that I can still improve a lot even being a mid age guy.
My leg workout are as follows:
Leg 45º 3x 12,10,8
Squats Smith 3x 12,10,8
Leg extension 4x 10,10,8,8
Leg Curls 4×10,10,8,8
calf press 4x 15,15,12,12
abs as warm up
I´m really thinking about adding some deadlifts in my legs routine. Also in changing Squats from smith to free
Todays goona be shoulders and abs:)

So…
Second post. Today is my rest day. I’m feeling really good that I want to go to the gym but as progamed I’ll just rest. Perhaps I’ll do some strechting and rope jumping in my home dojo just to do some workouts…
Tomorrow’s gonna be leg day.
For now my chest training is like this:
Mondays: Chest and Triceps
Dumbell chest press 3×8,10 with superset dumbell flying
Dumbell incline chest press 3×8,10 with superset incline dumbell flying
Parallel bar dips to failure
Triceps flat french press 3×8 superset with close grip bb bench press
triceps pulley 3×8.
any tip or feedback are welcome
Later I’ll post my back and biceps workout

so…this is my firts post on here. I´m a 39 years old guy who has been envolved is sports since I was 15. My first sport was surfing. Surfed every day for seven years and I still surf actually but only in very good conditions. When I was 21 I met the Gracie Family and then I started training Jiu Jitsu. It has been 18 years since I started, I won my black belt in 2001 and also won some local, regional and national JJ competitions. I also do some sailing on weekends so as you can see I´m very active guy. Today I´m focused in ageing in good shape thats why I want to get some muscles and become my workouts even better.
I was going to post my workout but I decided to wait a bit to see if I get some readings and maybe some posts on my blog.
