Needing more
Tuesday, May 27th, 2008Well I finally got most of my body space filled out; I’m waiting for my delivery from the store section so I can use the calipers and measuring tape in order to give correct info on all my current stats but I’m already starting to get my usuall symptoms of fear of failure. I’ve been sticking to my diet and going to the gym at least three times a week for about a month now and the only real gains I’ve seen are in my chest and thats about it.
My only guess as to why this could be is that I may not be using enough weight or that I may be doing too much cardio… Possibly both. I just need to remember that it’s supposed to be hard and I’m supposed to break a sweat.
Oh well; I’m not going to let this momentary set back get to me and I’m not going to give up.
