So I’ve been studying non stop for my ISSA cert and training hard. I’m finally bouncing back to where I want to be in every area of my life. Last weekend I was running through my photos and finally found one that I can use as far as progress goes. I’ll be updating the body space asap.
It’s times like this that I look in the mirror and say "whoa, I’ve come a long way"!!!

After spending the last few months in a rut due to a long drawn out breakup I’m thinking I need to just start all over as far as my training is concerned.
Oh well; at least this time I won’t feel like I need validation from anyone but me.

I recieved my BB.com shipment the other day; got to check my measurements and post them in here which was actually pretty good for my motivation.
My boss at work has noticed just how much time I’m spending in here (all day) and recomended that I get my cert for personal training since I already teach several health classes at my work and really like helping people. At this point my employers are willing to put me through ISSA and NASM since they know that I’ll never leave where I am because of the bennefits which is kind of nice.
At this point I’m holding off from taking anything other than my multi and an amino acid complex to just keep me healthy for a bit and in a month or so I may look into using glutamine or some other supplements… first i need to work on my form though.

Well I finally got most of my body space filled out; I’m waiting for my delivery from the store section so I can use the calipers and measuring tape in order to give correct info on all my current stats but I’m already starting to get my usuall symptoms of fear of failure. I’ve been sticking to my diet and going to the gym at least three times a week for about a month now and the only real gains I’ve seen are in my chest and thats about it.
My only guess as to why this could be is that I may not be using enough weight or that I may be doing too much cardio… Possibly both. I just need to remember that it’s supposed to be hard and I’m supposed to break a sweat.
Oh well; I’m not going to let this momentary set back get to me and I’m not going to give up.
