50 Days Out - Daily Grind #243
Just ordered my posing trunks from Bodybuilding.com. For as tiny as they are, you would think they would cost less. I'm not complaining though. I imagine that a tiny be-dazzled bikini the women wear costs a lot more. Tomorrow I plan on putting my contest entry form in the mail and it is a done deal. Money invested, nothing left but to put in the time and effort.
I weighted in at 190 pounds this morning. Feeling good about the way I'm leaning out. Doing it slowly and I have plenty of time to get where I need to be. I am continuing with 15 minutes of posing practice as a part of my morning ritual. I know 50 more days of this will pay off big time. I do need to start working on my 90 second posing routine though. I'll give it some thought this weekend and maybe start practicing next week.
Training is going great. Up the weight by about 10 pounds this week while keeping the number of sets and reps the same. Only today's body weight exercises didn't change. Working on more range of motion and perfect execution instead of increasing weight. I have fully made the switch to burning fat. My energy levels are stable even with the reduction in calories.
I'm thinking about posting only one weekly update blog for a while. I spent a couple of hours last night writing and when I clicked to post it...poof, it was gone. That hasn't happened to me on BodySpace in such a long time I've gotten out of the habit of copying before clicking on the post button. I ended up re-posted the videos and calling it a night. Anyway, I'm not happy about the wasted time. I've got too many other things I would like to clear off my plate.

I TRULY WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK MY FRIEND ,STILL GOT THOSE INSPIRATIONAL WORDS OF WISDOM ON MY WALL MUCH AND AS USUAL PEACE .
I am looking for you to do great things this year! Wishing you continued success with your training! It certainly is frustrating when you lose a blog in cyberspace. I lost one on Wednesday after my bruising leg workout and long day out with mom and just could not write in the same length and detail to replace it. Do what is best for you in terms of the blogs and keep up the great work. Wishing you and your family a wonderful weekend!
How frustrating for you re: the blog, and how disappointing for me! I totally get your decision to concentrate your energy elsewhere, and I look forward to updates on how the contest prep is going.
