Back to Bodybuilding - Daily Grind #231
Up until a month or so ago I didn't think I would ever do another bodybuilding contest. My first bodybuilding contest was like my last high school wrestling match. Both left me flat on my back looking up at the lights spinning around after having been slammed on my head. High school was a long time ago, and I'm a lot tougher now. So I'm going back the Savannah, GA and the Iron Eagle Bodybuilding Classic in March 2013. That puts me 11 weeks out from the re-match.
All the reasons I blogged about for doing Men's Physique are still valid and I'm not totally through with Men's Physique just yet. I just miss getting on stage in my tiny little man panies. Just kidding.

I added the 8 mandatory posing practice back into my morning ritual. My morning ritual is really jammed packed now. I came to the conclusion this morning that I'm going to have to back up my wake up time by another 30 minutes. As if 3:30 am wasn't already getting up early enough, now I'm going to get up at 3 am every morning. I will test run the new wake up time tomorrow. It's time to get this party started.
