Finding comfort in discomfort takes passion. It's what makes it possible to continuing to climb when others turn back. To find more when you think you've already given to the limit. It's that burning desire to get it done despite the odds, the obstacles, the disadvantages, and the aversity. Passion is the drive that separates the best from the rest. Do the good that is in your heart and leave this world a little better than you found it. Do it with gusto. Catch on fire. Find your canvas, whatever that may be. Work to master the tools, and then paint some happy little clouds.
It's not all work and no play that makes Jack boring. Boring is a no purpose life that is as bland as a boiled chicken dinner. More fun or entertainment is at best a temporary diversion. It is like hot sauce only covering the surface. Passion is like salt and adds flavor all the way to the bone baby! When you know what you are passionate about, get rid of the rest. Simplify, stop the wasted motions, and start living with passion. That's how you make those happy little clouds.

Spin Bike 30 minutes (my second cardio session of the week. It hurt. Not like the 1 to 2 minutes of a hard set with the weights. This was a slow building burn. It's been a while since I've had to endure such discomfort.)
Total Workout Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes on the nose.
Workout Quality: A2. Curl weight may be too heavy, but I'm stubborn that way.
