I got a call from the spray tan folks. I'm all set for Saturday morning. Getting painted just before pre-judging worked well last contest, so I'm going to stick with it. I've decided to skip the gym in the morning. It's about a seven hour drive to Atlanta. Even though the Men's Physique pre-judging isn't until Saturday, mandatory check in is on Thursday afternoon only. Better to get to Atlanta and take care of all the contest and hotel checking in. Maybe I can get a workout in after that. We'll have to see how it goes.
What I ate today
3:30am - Morining Supps (RoxyLean, Solid and A-HD), 16oz of cold water, cup of black decaf coffee with Korean Red Ginseng
6:00am - Cup of green tea with ginseng
8:00am - Cup of regular black coffee with ginseng
10:30am - Post workout shake plus cup of regular black coffee with ginseng
4:50pm - I eat 1 apple and 1 can of soup to start my dinner. Two reasons for this. First it is nearly impossible to eat an apple or hot soup quickly. The slower you eat, the less you will eat. Second, an apple and a bowl of soup create a lot of volume without a lot of calories. 1 breast with wing rotisserie chicken, 1 scoop of marconi salad, 2 bananas, 2 chocolate FiberOne brownies, 4 pieces of dark chocolate. Evening Supps (2g Fish Oil caps, Osteo Bi-Flex triple strength, and multi-vitimin)
8:15pm - After church I had one 2.5 serving bag of buttered popcorn.

--30 minutes of posing practicing (Bodybuilding mandatory poses plus a couple of variations). I do it for muscle quality.
--X-Man Resistance Band Workout takes about 30 minutes
--Indian Clubs 30 minutes
--Kettlebell Cardio with Elevation Training Mask only take s 5 minutes. I think this would hurt even without all the other work. It hasn't gotten much easier yet, I'm just tolerating it better.
Workout Quality: A2. Good workout and I will bring my clubs and 44 pound kettlebell to Atlanta with me so I can repeat this workout on Friday.
