PLEASE keep me and my family in your prayers. Some of you may know that my father has been struggling with health problems for the past year. Things have taken a sudden turn and once again, he’s finding himself in a tiring battle to hold onto the life that he has left. Talk about bitter-sweet!!!! I’m so excited about the coming birth of my son, but at the same time torn b/c I’m a thousand miles away from the man who molded me into the man that I am, when he probably needs me the most. Not really like I could do anything differently if I were there right??? I am a witness that prayer changes things, so for those of you who do pray, please take the time to say a quick word for "Pops"

I’ve gotten off to a really good start. I’m pushing myself these next 10 weeks to see just how far I can go, and how much my body can change. Had a great day at the track last night my wife fixed a terrific dinner of baked talapia, potatoes, brown rice, corn, and salad (yeah, i’m extremely lucky!!!!). In an effort to really focus on my weaknesses, more cardio is vital to my success. So this morning I woke up and jogged for 20 mins inside of my complex. Going to the track again this afternoon to do weight and resistance training. Feeling really good about the path that I’m on!!! I’ll keep you posted!

I finally did it. I’ve decided to take my "training" to the next level!! no i’m not competing or anything like that, but I am doing something that I read in an article on this site. Lately, I’ve been a little frustrated with my progress. I don’t have anyone to blame but myself, b/c one minute my exercises are great and my diet is bad, then vice versa. NO MORE!!! I’ve schedule a semi-photo shoot for March 31st. That’s 10 weeks out so I’m anxious to see just how much I can progress in that time. I’m not expecting to look like a bodybuilder, but I am expecting to look a hell of a lot better. I don’t think that I’m going to be posting any new progress pics before then, but i will be posting my updated stats. I know for sure that my biggest goals is to shed so BF while increasing mass. Hopefully, my bi’s will get to at least 17" and my waist down to 34". It’s going to be tough since the baby will be here by then, but i am positive that I can do it. . . .of course with some encouragement. Today is the first day of the rest of my life (or at least the 1st day of the next 10 weeks). I’ll be keeping you posted thru my blog, so stay tuned!!!!

Talk about a terrible week of working out. . .the biggest positive I can see is that I can’t do any worse this week!!! As a matter of fact, once I finish typing here, I’m back at it. Going to do some arms right now, and hit the cardio this evening. Almost was at a point of frustration b/c it seems that my arms aren’t getting any bigger. But it’s okay i guess, b/c I see that I am cutting BF. I would be really excited if I could start to see a little more progress around my mid section. I’m making a concentrated effort to increase my cardio and eat as clean as possible. . .until next time. . . . . . . . .Attack LIFE!

things are really going great in life right now. work is picking up so i’m crazy busy, but that’s actually a good thing. the wife and soon to be baby are doing great. we actually put the crib together last night and rearranged some furniture in our bedroom. can’t believe that it’s only a few weeks away. I know this isn’t dealing w/ bodybuildng, but every now and then. . .just maybe an exception is okay

I don’t personally know kendafriend, but just so that you all know, there’s a jerk on here (youngblaze_07) who has decided it’s easier to steal someone else’s physique (kenda’s) and pass it off as their own instead of busting his ass in the gym. what’s even worse is that he’s leaving disrepectful messages on lots of ladies’ comments. If you see this cat, please report him!!!!
But, i think we must all admit that kendafriend’s physique is tight as hell!!! keep it up bruh!!!

having a really good day in the office so far. what’s even better is that in about 3 hrs i get off & i’m going to the b-ball court. really hoping that I get some good cardio in out there. if not, guess i could always pop the trunk and pull out the mobile gym that’s tucked inside of there. Hell no, i couldn’t be in the mob, b/c there’s no room n my trunk for a dead body. Would the crime boss really expect me to leave my weights at home?. . . .yeah right!
