A Blog for Starters..
May 27, 2007So, this is the first time I’ve added a blog, here goes…
Some context: I’ve always been fairly active and play Rugby and Football to a decent amateur standard. I’ve been training in the gym since I was 16, as my Dad used to be an amateur bodybuilder. Having said that, it’s only the last 6 months that I’ve started to take it a bit more seriously…
I’ve just got back from my Uni gym, which is fairly small, but has everything I need. Today I tried to run through a few non-standard exercise in order to wake my body up a bit… I try to do this once a week to stop myself just doing "the usual".
