MMA physique “better that a bodybuilders”
The 2009 Southern States was NOT my show …. I did NOT make Masters Middleweight 187 pounds could not do the morning cardio … the 180lb. range can only be attained for me by “MORNING CARDIO” 45-60 min 4am before everything every day with “NO CARBS” that was the CURE….. I now have the 2009 MMA Middle Weight fighter physique” after all thats what I am, lean strong and functional not all sucked up on diuretics where I can barley pose like my competition, I am 180 @ 7% ENERGISED and ready to take this show…….

Whats up Bruh!
For a long time now I’ve been hearing about these NPC Judges, and how they always seem to reward the ones that lean more towards diuretics instead of those that actually put in the work. Which worries me since I plan to compete. My stance is do what you do, and dont fall in line like the others. Present the best you ,that you can, and let the cards fall where they may. Look at Dexter Jackson, he stuck to his guns and didn’t fall into the Behemoth style of "Bulking" and in doing so walked home with the ‘08 Sandow. I can appreciate the way you stick to your principles. Good luck in the future.

If you can fight, with all that mass I allways say then it’s time to loose some of that "NON funtional muscle" in the ring and see what your really made of…….

After all its a "Body Building" competition NOT a Body Fat loosing competition…. if its become a "leaness contest" then just test all the competitors for the loest bodyfat then, give them the 1st place trophy
