Workout?????
Does anyone know a good workout that is geared towards just maintaining, maybe even lose some muscle size. I know this is a pretty rare thing for someone to do, but I can’t fit any of my damn Abercrombie clothes and I was just more comfortable when I wasn’t as big. I know cardio and diet play a role in it, but it seems like when I touch weights I get so swole and pumped. I am looking for something that is around 2-3 days/week lifting, I can do cardio anyday, but my weight training time is ****ered up b/c I am so busy w/ work, school, family, and other shit. So any advice will be appreciated. Please hit me up and let me know!
