Well everyone, it’s been quite a while since my last entry, but 2007 was a stressful year and kind of sucked a$$ with regards to training and nutrition. I planned on doing my first competition and that didn’t work out very well. I had a new born, wife, school, and a full time job, and it was a combination of all of those that didn’t really leave a lot of time to train. I ended up gaining a $hitload of weight, weighing 293 at the heaviest, which now I have lost 20 of over the last few months. Now that Aric is 1 years old and sleeps through out the night now and I’m not waking up 3 times through out the night and waking at 6 for work all day, I get more rest and am not as tired anymore. So I am ready to kick a$$ and get back in the gym on a consistant basis and start doing cardio 2x/day (AM and PM after weights). My diet will be sound and no more eating $hit because it’s easy and quick. So my goals for 2008 include weighing as much as possible while getting my BF% under 10% year round. I want this to be the first summer I don’t sit by the pool with my shirt on because I’m too ashamed of my fat stomach. Sure I have a huge chest, delts, and arms now, but it doesn’t mean anything if I don’t have a six-pack to go along w/ it. I’m tired of everyone thinking I’m a college football player and not a bodybuilder. It’s time for a change!
