Dexa Scan

I am going to Kent State Univ tommorrow morning to get the most accurate BF% test you can get. It is called a Dexa Scan. I am enrolled in a study @ The Univ of Akron ran by the Sports Nutrition Dept that is looking at Protein intake and kidney and bone health, so for their reasons I am getting this scan done to look at bone density, but I get BF% and actual muscle mass % too and best of all, I get it for free!!!!  I will be updating my BF% after the scan!

Well everyone, it’s been quite a while since my last entry, but 2007 was a stressful year and kind of sucked a$$ with regards to training and nutrition. I planned on doing my first competition and that didn’t work out very well. I had a new born, wife, school, and a full time job, and it was a combination of all of those that didn’t really leave a lot of time to train. I ended up gaining a $hitload of weight, weighing 293 at the heaviest, which now I have lost 20 of over the last few months. Now that Aric is 1 years old and sleeps through out the night now and I’m not waking up 3 times through out the night and waking at 6 for work all day, I get more rest and am not as tired anymore. So I am ready to kick a$$ and get back in the gym on a consistant basis and start doing cardio 2x/day (AM and PM after weights). My diet will be sound and no more eating $hit because it’s easy and quick. So my goals for 2008 include weighing as much as possible while getting my BF% under 10% year round. I want this to be the first summer I don’t sit by the pool with my shirt on because I’m too ashamed of my fat stomach. Sure I have a huge chest, delts, and arms now, but it doesn’t mean anything if I don’t have a six-pack to go along w/ it. I’m tired of everyone thinking I’m a college football player and not a bodybuilder. It’s time for a change!

Back in action… consistantly again!

Officially back in action… joined a new gym (used to go there 3 years ago when I made awesome progress), diet has been tight, workouts have been good. So progress is moving in the right direction! I was up to a weight of 280lbs in March and now am down to 263lbs, I hit the beach this Friday for a week. Holla @ me!

Hydroxycut Hardcore/Gaspari Thermogenic Thyrotabs Log

I just placed my order for the Hydroxycut Hardcore and Gaspari Thermogenic Thyrotabs this morning and I am going to be keeping a blog of my progress/results on here. After having some set backs from the gym over the last 2 months, I am ready to get back at it seriously again! I’ll keep track of my workouts, diet, supplements, and my progress w/ weekly measurements. So stay tuned for it when I get it all in the mail!

Didn’t go to the gym today. Donated blood to raise money for the University of Akron Respiratory Therapy Club. I am feeling drained right now, I’ll be back at it tomorrow w/ Legs.
