HOW I STARTED! - I Got My First Weight At 2 Years Old!

Sunday, June 28th, 2009

I was born to two mesomorphs, both of which had great genetics.  My father was a bodybuilder and so was my grandfather.  At just 2 years old my grandfather bought me my first set of weights!  2 iron 2 lb. dumbbells!  I guess this makes me one of the youngest weight lifters of all-time!  I played tons of competitive sports growing up from t-ball, to soccer, basketball, baseball and football.  I was a naturally genetically gifted athlete and excelled at everything.

Jump to about 8 years old and it starts to get more interesting.  My neighboor was a few years older than me and my bestfriend.  His mom had a full workout room in his house and that’s when both of us started messing around lifting weights there and listening to LL Cool J, watching Arnold movies, WWF wrestling and all that.  By 10 I got my own bench press and free weights, like dumbbells and barbells.  This is when I started to get even more serious about bodybuilding.  I also got a speed and heavy bag because I was really into boxing.  I would jump rope, do pull ups, hit the bags and run all the time, in addition to lifting weights.  Around this point, I started getting Muscle & Fitness and FLEX magazines and started reading all of the articles.  My father who was also a bodybuilder gave me a lot of tips as well.

At 12 years old, I got a gym membership at a pretty hardcore gym that was less than a 1/4 mile from my house.  It was like heaven, I used to walk there every single day and train like a maniac.  I continued to do the same at age 13 and then went to GNC at the local mall one day and found out about supplements.  I ended up getting weight gainer, protein, creatine, glutamine and amino acids and BOOM!  My body transformed extremely fast.  I worked out extremely hard every day.  I always trained my whole body evenly from the very beginning.  I always did legs, triceps, back and delts.  The things most people don’t always start off doing, I even did rear delts and traps.  I even hit all angles from the beginning, like flat, incline, decline for chest.  Front, rear and side for delts, etc. etc.  For me symmetry is everything and I don’t do anything to sacrifice.  I like to keep everything as even as possible.  No matter what.

By 14 I had the best body in the gym and the rest is history!

I Just Joined Bodybuilding.com & BodySpace.com!

Thursday, June 25th, 2009

After years of lurking the site, I just randomly decided to sign-up.  I’ve been working out since a very young age, got my first muscle magazines before I was a teenager.  Got my first bench press at 10, gym membership at 12.  I’m a natural mesomorph bodybuilder with insane genetics.  I look a lot like a smaller version of Vic Martinez and Brandon Curry.  Both who have been known to have some of the best genetics in existence.  From a very young age I learned how to train my entire body, I never let a single part go untrained.  Symmetry is everything for me!  I’ve always trained shoulders, triceps, back, legs, traps and rear delts from the age of 12.  I started doing bench presses and other basic excersises at 10.  At 13 I started taking creatine, amino acids, glutamine, protein and weight gainer.  I put on muscle incredibly fast and by the age of 14 I already had the best body in the gym.  Even though I have great genetics, it’s my crazy work ethic and dedication that got me to this point.

The diet, the training, the supplementation, I’ve got everything down to a science!  I’ve read over 10,000 articles about bodybuilding and countless forum posts.  I’ve got an insane amount of knowledge when it comes to this stuff and I will be proving it by sharing it with everybody.  I already answered countless questions in the forum for people and I will be writing articles soon, so be on the lookout for those!  I’ve already got countless compliments on my avatar and I do appreciate it.  I will have a lot more pics up soon, so be on the lookout for those as well!

Part of the reason why I finally decided to join was to see if I have what it takes to become something in the industry.  I’d like to get a supplement contract and a modeling contract.  So, I joined to see if I have what it takes.  I guess, I’ll find out soon enough.  Wish me luck!

Thanks,
Mr. Meso
