Hola’…..I have been away for a long time. Work and life are a constant…..I just neglected to adjust my workouts accordingly. For the past couple of weeks I have been training a good friend of mine in a neighborhood park. He has a desire to look like Norrin Radd (tell you in the next blog) and I have a goal of 225lb…..with definition this this time. Well, needless to say he has been singing my praises and it has sparked interest amongst his friends and a few of mine. Training outside has its limits, but it forces you to be extremely creative. We have a few dog walkers and joggers that inquire and I always tell them EVERY TUES. AND THURS. MORNING COME JOIN US. My workout companion is extremely humble for some one who is sooo intelligent. It actually baffles me at times that he doesn’t question what I say or want him to do. I bring it and he does it. I’m working on his diet and supplement regimen as we speak, so when we’re able to get that in order our dilligence should come full circle. Talk with you soon.

TWO WEEKS! I haven’t seen the inside of a gym or even attempted one push-up. I feel like a slug, and not to mention the just built a Dunkin Donuts next to my job:( I want to go, but the winter months are dreadful. I hate gettin out in the cold not to mention my job is super stressful from Nov.-March. So all I want to do is go and sleep. Someone help me please.

The purpose of Bodyspace.com is to motivate and inspire yourself as well as other bodyspace members. I’ve jack-legging around and not posting any pics b/c I want everything to look like I’m about to step on stage. WRONG!WRONG!WRONG! My homegirl across the pond put it best when she lit into me by stating her own bravery of posting her progress pics prior to her current elite status (and I do mean ELITE). Maybe if I was able to look at the pics everytime I logged on I wouldn’t have so many damn excuses why I haven’t been to the gym. Not to mention I would be a lot more consistent about developing my physique if that was the only thing everyone was seeing. God knows I don’t want to show my little AZZ legs. Well, the world will see this weekend around 6pm EST. Peace.

Now that I have some free time I decided to add somemorning cardio to my workouts. I have the hardest time leaning out, so I psyched myself into getting up every morning at 5:00am (for the past 3 weeks) to do wind sprints up this huge hill that’s near my home. Well, I’m definitely more alert at work, also the washboard is starting to show Just a lil more and my quads are showing some slight separation. Only one problem…………I swear by the time I lay my head down at night that alarm clock is going off!

Writing this blog is the only that is going to keep me sane. I have 10 more days until I can get back on my work-out schedule. These 18hrs days have been killing me. I never thought I would miss the gym this much. Come next Saturday I going to be a mad man. And I’m not even going to comment on how bad my diet has been. Whatever.

I did back today…………..I’m so sore it’s unreal. My work-out partner and I had another marathon session. It started to get a little crazy once we got to 150lb dumbell rows (3sets x 10reps)….90lb weighted pull-ups. Luckily nothing tore, but there was a whoooole lot of S*@T Talking going on between he and I today. Who won? I’d have to say it was a tie, because he does Good Mornings (which I hate) and I do low pulls with the wide bar. The diet is getting better…I have discovered the magic of Talipia. Good and Light on the stomach.

Yesterday, was the infamous LEG DAY…….I can not stand doing legs. But I hate my training partner out doing me even more. I’m a lifelong soccer player, so my legs have always been lean, but strong. Lacking significant definition. Anyway, we started out with the normal calves; then Leg Ex. and Curls; then it got serious. I can not get past five plates on the leg press my partner does 9-10 plates,but he can’t get past 275 on Squats….I can do 405. We each did 5 sets of 15 with our respective weights (No, but it felt like I was going to). Next was Squats Superseted with Hack Squats (hey it’s the challenge factor) I’ll end it like this……..seeing how neither one of us was going to give up(by the way we didn’t go past 275) we stopped at on the 8th set of 10reps on BOTH exercises. It was funny because neither one of us walked more than 3ft for 15min after we were finished:):):):):)
