New shoulder training method … burn baby burn!!!
So I have officially joined a new gym near my workplace.
A trainer (happens to be a competitive bodybuilder) taught me a few things about training.
So far, he taught me about shoulders, arms & calves training. It is actually very interesting coming from him. Particularly, the shoulder exercises training, which proves to be very useful and effective thus far. Those shoulder exercises were burning.
E.g. Use a very lightweight.
Double front lateral raise them to above your head.
Open/Move side laterally to side parallel to your shoulders.
Close the DB laterally (at parallel level to shoulders) to the center of your chest.
Now, release the DB to front of your thigh & prepare for the next reps.
That is 1 rep overall.
Now try that for 12 ~ 15 reps. It is going to burn…..burn baby burn!
I tried this movement and boy, it burns so badly.
You can also hit this shoulder training in reverse sequence. Alternatively, try 45deg bend over for rear delts movement, which I will try and keep this posted.
