Shoulder DB Press strength went up…
Since my back injury last year, I am a little hesitant to push higher weight.
Those 2 months unable to walk really taught me a big lesson in life.
Well today, I feel like a alpha male. I just throw the DB. I have been stucked at 65lbers for sometime.
I just didn’t care and lift that 75lbers for 10++ reps. Obviously, I felt good about it. Then I throw rear machine flyes to hit the rear delts.
The combo of exercises hit my shoulders really well. They are sored now.
