The link is my revised bodybuilding targets.
I lifted 90lbers for incline bench press. Damn, it was heavy on me. 4 reps for a start. No help.
Let me get it better rep range @ comfortable ROM/momentum. I’m good to go on heavier weights in future.
315lbs deadlifts is getting comfortable. I hit the t-bar rows before deadlift. Damn it was strenous. But I feel good about it.
