My revised bodybuilding targets
Here are my revised targets :
Box Jump 14 ~ 15" above knees, now at 11" height.
Deadlift 365lbs (4 ~ 5s negative), now at 315lbs.
Incline DB Bench Press 110lbers, now at 85lbers.
Vertical Hack squat 450lbs, now at 360lbs.
Leg press 810lbs, now at 540lbs (10 ~ 12 reps).
Military shoulder press 135lbers…..any higher poundages is my next target.
Basically, I set a comfortable target for me to strive for, yes; without risking injuries at all. At my age, I feel at times; my recovery rate is slower from injury. No way, I am going back to injuring my lower back/spine. That was a scary thought.
Moreover, my frequent travel schedule kinda cripples my training & food intake.
Well, we should what I can achieve in 1 ~2 months time.
