The Guys’ Rules

At last a guy has taken the time to write this all down Finally , the guys’ side of the story. ( I must admit, it’s pretty good.)
 

We always hear “the rules” From the female side.
 

Now here are the rules from the male side. These are our rules! Please note.. these are all numbered “1″ ON PURPOSE!
 

1.   Men are NOT mind readers.
 

1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You’re a big girl. If it’s up, put it down.
We need it up, you need it down. You don’t hear us complaining about you leaving it down.
 

1. Sunday sports. It’s like the full moon  or the changing of the tides. Let it be.
 

1. Shopping is NOT a sport. And no, we are never going to think of it that way.
 

1. Crying is blackmail.
 

1. Ask for what you want.
Let us be clear on this one:
Subtle hints do not work!
Strong hints do not work!
Obvious hints do not work!
Just say it!
 

1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.
 

1. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That’s what we do.
Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.
 

1. A headache that lasts for 17 months is a Problem. See a doctor.
 

1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument.  In fact, all comments become null and void after 7 Days.
 

1. If you won’t dress like the Victoria’s Secret girls, don’t Expect us to act like soap opera guys.
 

1. If you think you’re fat, You probably are. Don’t ask us.
 

1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one

1. You can either ask us to do something Or tell us how you want it done.
Not both. If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.
1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials. 

1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.

1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.

1. If it itches, it will be scratched. We do that.

1. If we ask what is wrong and you say “nothing,” We will act like nothing’s wrong.
We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.

WHEN I WAS MARRIED 25 YEARS, I TOOK A LOOK AT MY WIFE ONE DAY AND SAID, ‘HONEY, 25 YEARS AGO WE HAD A CHEAP APARTMENT, A CHEAP CAR, SLEPT ON A SOFA BED AND WATCHED A 10-INCH BLACK AND WHITE TV, BUT I GOT TO SLEEP EVERY NIGHT WITH A HOT 25-YEAR-OLD BLOND.’

NOW WE HAVE A $500,000.00 HOME, A $45,000.00 CAR, NICE BIG BED AND PLASMA SCREEN TV, BUT I’M SLEEPING WITH A 50-YEAR-OLD WOMAN. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT YOU ARE NOT HOLDING UP YOUR SIDE OF THINGS.’

Lazy to post … LOL

I’m pretty lazy to post in my blog lately.  LOL.

Still working out most definitely.  My workout splits goes as per my profile stated. I have yet to change my workout splits yet. 

I just lazy to write. I am not sure what to write sometimes. :p lol.

For my recent well being, still getting asked which supplements work during workout time.  I’m amazed people have the energy to discuss supplement during workout time. very surprised actually.

Also I keep getting asked "are you taking steroids?". To me honest, if I tell any of my local gym members that I import from bodybuilding.com or other webtailers; they will ask if the ones I import are any legal substance.  :rolleyes:

I did voice up how I felt towards Superpump250, I like it. But still people think it is some sort of steroids I took to grow.  Not offense. But if I take steroids and look fat like I am now, that’s a disgrace for a steroid user. :rolleyes:

It is for the same steroid question that I decided to remove all my avatars.  :I

My workouts revolved around shock routine over the past 2 weeks following alcoholic business trip to Vietnam. LOL.  Shock routine is a very good way to get myself perspire a lot, and a good way to get those toxins out.  Anyway, it’s time to change my routine. and I started using heavier weights.

I grew tired of my local gym members

Since Oct 2006, I started bulking up by eating more calories.  I also had the chance to log SteelEdge and IntraXCell for a month during Dec 2006. Noticeably, I put on bulk of 10lbs; of course some fats and water content too. Bulk up means bulk up, to me that’s simple as that. No big deal.

Since Dec 2006 til now, I have grown very tired of my own local gym members. I received tons of question if I take steroids at all. At first, I answer them duly that I was using SteelEdge and IntraXCell.  Obviously, I noticed a few transactions involved my local webtailers and other gym members. I thought the matter would have rested some time now.

I have also tried Xceed, Xtend, Primal EAA, Superpump 250 to my satisfaction. Each have contributed to my workouts. Obviously, I do highlight to my fellow gym members if they ever ask. I thought the steroid abuse question should not be raised again.

Little did I know that it did not rest well. In fact, more people asked if I was on steroid abuse.  I was approached by a group of 3 people while doing some back exercises.  Right to point they asked me "how do you grow big?".  I explained that one of the combos I have taken is SteelEdge and IntraXCell, along with EAA (Purple Wraath), Creatine (Xceed), NO (Superpump250), this combo help propelled my bulk.

Right to the point they said to me with genuine serious look,"including steroids, right?". "Steroids is your stable food". I felt insulted but kept my calm.

I thought those supplement companies who made the supplements mentioned above, they must be doing something good. Formulated something good that preserve my bulk and help so many grow/build their ideal physique.  I respect them totally. I highlighted these products without anyone asking me to. No one paid me to say "I use (the supplements above) and boost my workouts". Absolutely, no one.

However, I grow too tired of people (mostly my local gym members) asking me or accusing me of steroid use.

Recently, I was invited to my friend’s forum.  Right there another representative from my local webtailers asking me "Are you taking steroids? Just curious."

I burst off my answer and never return to the forum (until further notice).

I am not a petty person as some of the members here know. A goofy, love to joke, kinda guy.

I’ll leave it at that about who the webtailer is and I am not surpose to talk about other webtailer’s name too.
