When do/should I carb load for my Show??

So i have been eating under 150g of carbs the past three days, my contest is on Saturday. I was wondering when should i carb-up?? Thursday, or Friday??, iknow it can take 48hrs to reach saturation, however this may lead to ‘bloat’. I know i am still relatively "high" with carbs at 150g, mind you i am a hard gainer with an off season body fat of 5%, while eating upwards of 500g carbs.

So in short, When should i carb-up?? any recomendations would be great.

Currently diet is 600g pro. 150g carb. 50+g fat, 2gallons H2O

The old school trick is vegetable glycerine. Burns a bit going down like a shot of vodka, but its also a plasma volumizer so it’ll pull out more subcutaneous water. That alone won’t do it as you only need 1-2 tbsp about 1/2 hour before its show time. Everyone’s different. Some people use chips for a bit of sodium to get fuller pumps, others simple sugars to drive the insulin, etc. Or, some people just don’t carb up at all if what you see in the mirror looks good and you don’t wanna risk coming in flat if it doesn’t work. Might look around on the forums for contest prep a bit and ask there, too
