So i have been eating under 150g of carbs the past three days, my contest is on Saturday. I was wondering when should i carb-up?? Thursday, or Friday??, iknow it can take 48hrs to reach saturation, however this may lead to ‘bloat’. I know i am still relatively "high" with carbs at 150g, mind you i am a hard gainer with an off season body fat of 5%, while eating upwards of 500g carbs.
So in short, When should i carb-up?? any recomendations would be great.
Currently diet is 600g pro. 150g carb. 50+g fat, 2gallons H2O

So its what, 1am here on the West coast, i should be in bed, but i can not sleep. What started off as a pain in my right lower quadrent of my abdomin, has now localized in the right Kidney….. the pain in the front is from the rear.
I can not wait till 8am so i can go see the Doctor, I have considered going to the ER maybe 75times…
What is weird is it is only my right Kidney that hurts, and my urine is not dark, nor is there any sign of Blood, it is not frequent or producing a odor. But in any case i am in PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
-What could it be??? not a stone, been too many days… or could it be caught in there??
-Possibly a Kidney infection??
-Renal Failur?? hope not..
So far i have discontuned taking all of my supliments, I have been drinking cranberrie jucie with out sugar for the past two days, and drinking 1gallon plus. My urine is clear to light yellow. I am having trouble taking deep breaths due to the pain. I hope it is nothing serious, because this would suck…esspesh that i finnaly gained some real weight and up-ed all of my weight in the gym….did i mention is also Finals Week!! F**K!!!!!!!!!

Ok so amino acids, good. 2.222grams good. Ones thes size of grapes, bad. Last night i was trying to take my ON [optium nutrition] Aminos, two of them, and well like the bottle warns…one got logged in my throat. Now it wasnt my ‘wind-pipe’ but still i couldnt swallow the damn thing, and if you never seen ONs they are theĀ sized of grapes… never the less after two minutes of cugging water, coughting, and near panic i get a hold of my roomates and in a horse voice say "hospital…got thing cought in throat" and just as i say it i vomit a bit, and out pops the pill. Stuipid thing, now i feel like i have strep-throat. But it could have been way worse.

It is becoming an all to common occurance, you check your friend box, or pictures, and there "he" is, the profile with no pictures and little to no info, they always leeve a creepy message borderline sexual. I really Hate getting freind requests from these ppl, and having little suggestive messages sent to me…. i hate seeing them post on other peoples pictures, or profiles too.
BodySpace is a place for ppl to come together to share: training advices, diets, suppliment info, support and encouragement. Its sad and, honestly plain old wrong, to straight up creep on here.

Dont get me wrong, dips are great, they hit the chest and tris really well. However they destroy your elbows and shoulders.
I started to do dips mid way through my chest/tri day, feeling it was a godd transition workout between the two muscle groups. After two weeks, all i can do is compalin, my elbows snap like rubber bands, both shoulders are in constant state of pain, or ache-ness. I know there bad, For me that is, but i just kept doing them, and well, i havent done them for 3 chest workouts, but the pains caused by them are now inflamed by the rest of my normal routine. I just want to say dip, stink.

It seems like i have two weeks of being "A OK" then one week of some kind of injury. This time its my right shoulder…area. Both the rear delts and mid delts hurt, and feel stiff, along with the outer pec and stratius under the arm pit. I am almost positive heave weighted dips did this… I have been good in that i haven’t been going balls out since my left pec injury in october, but the other day i felt like being strong and loaded up two plates on the dip belt and went for 10reps, now i am iceing my shoulder area and both elbows! Man…..this sucks!

So today i went in to get a full "Poly-Fit" body assesment, hight, weight, bodyfat percentage, Cardiorespiratory, flexablility, muscluar…etc
all in all it was very fun, i was just shocked to see despite my attempts to gain mass and even some fat i have failed, in some respects.
My Biolectrical Impedence Analysis, to measure bodyfat…the one with the little wires, came out to 2.3%!!!!!!!! All the tecnicians laughed along with me, for i said i might be fatter then i wanted the test to show. The Skinfold gave me an average of 5.5% and the hydrostatic only 5%. this shows the great variance in fat percentages give by people. My main concern, and only one is my Cardiorespiratory Fitness…although my Blood Pressure is 115/65 on average i scored "well-below average" on my YMCA Cycle Ergometer submaximal Test, this is sad for a fomer Track runner of 13yrs.

So i have been over 150lbs for about a week now and i think it might be staying. I still am 4/5% body fat. However i need to eat 4-5 meals aday andĀ nearly 4000calories every day, and trust me the toilet paper bill is getting expensive! LOL. I also think its the fact that school is over, all i do is Eat-Work-Eat-Lift-Sleep.

Its been a long time since i had to moove that little black thinggy on the scale to "150" and a little past. I guess its been the 3500 to 4000 calories a day, or the Anator P70 everyday, or the massive amounts of Carbs i have been eating, but i finaly did it broke back into 150lbs and keeping that 4% body fat… plus my vascuarity has never been so pronouced, feels good. But i still need to gain thoughs five other lbs…and not loose what i have achived so far. So if you see me…ask why i am not eating, and hand me a bowl of pasta.

We are all Gym freaks, and diet nazis, however let us all chow down this thursday. Personally i plan on falling asleep before i have to help with the dishes, but awaken for pie. Possibly add some pounds which i dont think will happen…
