It’s on…

October 15, 2008

…was completely all natural (even without whey) for all summer.  Felt great, felt strong, and to know it was all my strength felt gooooood.  But since I decided to take my health and fitness to the next level by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the NASM, I need to take it up a notch even further.

I don’t want to be the fat, out of shape trainer that doesn’t practice what he preaches.  I take great pride on where I’ve come from and how hard I’ve worked to get where I’m at now.

That being said, I’m gaining mass.  And I have the arsenal to help me.

Plasma Jet (The Pump)

Size On (The Size)

N.O. Xplode (The Edge)

100% Gold Standard (The Building Blocks)

I plan on being the biggest and baddest m*****r f*****r in the gym.  I will be also be participating in the Axis Labs 2009 Natural Competition next year.  So I got to build as much mass as I can for that.

I’ll post new pictures soon!  My physique is getting huge!

A long month…

June 2, 2008

…the month of May was a long month.  Lots of graduation parties, lots of work, and lots of excuses to eat unhealthy and not work out. Luckily for me, though I ate unhealthy, I did work extra hard to make sure I kept it off.

I gained a pound in one month, but kept the same body fat %.  The one good thing I can take from this is, if I start to eat healthy and still work out the same, I can take it to the next level.

So I’m gonna work really hard for my summer body, and get things rolling.

I have a few questions for those who wish to drop knowledge.  What are some techniques you use while at parties or BBQ’s?  For instance, how can you enjoy the food without killing your diet.

Second question:  How do some of your grocery list look? Whats the split between food and supplements?

Thanks,

Mr.B.illionaire

Nutrition…

May 4, 2008

… is probably the most import thing one needs to get the body of their dreams.  You can work your butt off till you can’t move, then just eat crap and not go any where.  Even people with a good metabolism can prevent lean muscle mass and size if they don’t eat correctly.

I’m leaving my roomates to live on my own.  A chance for myself to focus on me and get my life in gear.  Including my diet.  You’ll see on my next progress pics I’m doing well, but I need to be there already, and my diet is whats holding me back.

So here goes nothing, I want lean mass and abs!  If any of you have good nutrition plans to get a lean body without losing to much muscle I’m all ears.

Thanks,

So I might have an answer…

April 9, 2008

…in my previous post, I stated that I had a problem losing additional weight and I was looking for help.  Well no one helped me out, and thats great!  It forced me to look deeper and challenge myself. And you know what I found? Something very simple and basic.

Cardio.  More minutes. More intense.  With that more intense cardio and a little longer time on the machines, I found myself shredding weight and getting to a point of "slight" muscular definition.

I know its a very simple thing.  Everyone knows cardio helps you lose weight, but very few have the self-discipline and determination to make themselves uncomfortable.

When you get to a point when you want to quit, your drenched in sweat, every second feels like an eternity, and you want to die, thats when you know you have to dig deep and put in another ten minutes.

Ahhh.  There’s nothing like complete exertion.

So that was my solution for my problem of losing more lbs.  Intense cardio.

Good luck to you and your goals.

I need help!. . .

April 4, 2008

. . . so I’ve been doing very well.  Losing weight, gaining mass (April progress photos on their way!), but I’ve kinda hit a plateau.  I’ve lost something like 20 lbs in the past 6 months. Now I’m thinking I’m at the wall of where I need to step this up and take it to another level if I want my dream body.

I also think I might have set the wrong goal.  I’ve been setting a goal of competition shape. Thing is, it takes a lot of hard work for someone who is in good shape to get in competition shape.  I think I have to first hit good shape (195 lbs at 10% body fat) before I can go on to competition wieght.

So here is my problem.  I’m at 212 lbs at 19%.  I need to drop down.  What is the best article for general health nutrition on bodybuilding.com or anywhere else? And the best training article?

I’m very coachable and work hard.  Just need to be guided a bit. There are lot of articles and get fit things out there, I just want the one that works the best.

I’m looking to lean up. Like I said, I’m at 212, and I want to get down to 205 by the end of the month.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

Mr.B.illionaire

Supplements. . .

March 24, 2008

. . . not by choice, but I’m no longer taking supps.  It’s just a little to pricey for me at the moment.  Nothing.  I’m gonna buy some whey protein when I can, but I’ve used everything else and I’m going completely all natural.  Surprisingly after two weeks, I haven’t seen any loss in strength, size.  Which is good.  I’m glad to see that my strength and size has stayed. Lets me know that I’ve done something right thus far.  The only loss I see is endurance during cardio.  Any cardio after 3o s I feel a little more fatigued than I normally would.  Either way, I’m working hard all natural and trying to lean up a little more.  In another week or two I might go back on supps to bulk up a bit.  But I just wanted to give an update.

I was skeptical about BodySpace. . .

March 13, 2008

. . . but I’ve come to realize this is an amazing tool for personal growth.  No matter how many people look at my profile, there are enough tools here for me to keep track of my progress.

I have a lot of work to do.  So here goes nothing.  I’ll keep you updated on my struggle for my dream body.
