So had my last work out at my gym the other day, now that was quite a sad thing it was as if it were the final nail in the coffin of my relationship, don’t get me wrong its been over a while and i’m happy i’m out of it but… i dunno, felt weird.
Been out on few other dates, met one girl that sent me loopy you know the whole holding hands and skipping birds a-singing and flowers a-….flowering and all that good crap, apparently this was a one way thing and i got knocked on my arse again, bummer, feeling hard to keep up my motivation with no gym no girl and no home.
Having said that should be starting a new gym in the next two weeks, just waiting for it to be refurbished and im in with my ol’ mucker haven’t trained with him for years so i’m looking forward to that, baby steps eh.
Anyway thats all out…

So this is my first gym session after my break up with long term girlie, going to get the rage out! lol
But think i’ll have to see how this effects my gym time, joint account gym membership…plus its a 1/2Hr drive too the gym now!
But i think this is going to motivate me even more, no time for a women who takes no interest, now i’ve got to look good so i can dive straight into anotherl long term relationship!…Happy days.
Ok so i’m off, keep well, keep safe and remember…. we all hang by a thread.

So 4th session of my HST routine today, starting to really feel it, weigh seems to be coming off faster too but maybe thats just because i’ve sorted my diet out, well a bit anyway.
Some body parts i think i should up the loads a bit, such as chest and leg extensions, but those shoulders are feeling it, ouch, and i’ll be damn glad when i finish my 15rep squats!

The second training session of HST today, not quite as much as a breeze as the first day but i think thats because the increment jump was too much, i may well be dead by the 6th session.
Having said that i still don’t feel like i’ve trained enough.
Just found out that i’ve got a combat fitness test at the end of the month and a personal fitness test mid august, i’m going to have to put some major time into fitness, either way i’m going to suffer, because i am crap at running!

Ok well just started a HST program at the gym today after some confused and muddled research.
It seemed to me that most people who bothered posting their own workouts kept on about how tough it is, yes even the 15 rep ranges, and i’ll be honest i breezed it. Todays work out was about 45 mins quicker then normal, for obvious reasons and the only thing that gave me issues was the squats but that was just because i’m still aching from Fridays big leg workout.
But this is the 1st session so lets see how wednesdays workout goes…
Cardio tomorrow should be fun on squat ache legs.

Shoulders today then 30mins of cardio, i could barely walk today at work after a pretty good leg session, so running was just no fun at all.
I’ll see how i get on tomorrow as its running only + a bit of ab work and the usual press ups and good stuff, still, hopefully my legs would of healed up a bit and the other gym members won’t have to watch a crying man again.
Started 5×5 program this week since I’ve plateaued this last…fortnight, now my lovely graphs have plummeted, bummer.
See how it works out.
