So 4th session of my HST routine today, starting to really feel it, weigh seems to be coming off faster too but maybe thats just because i’ve sorted my diet out, well a bit anyway.
Some body parts i think i should up the loads a bit, such as chest and leg extensions, but those shoulders are feeling it, ouch, and i’ll be damn glad when i finish my 15rep squats!
