woke up at 6:15 am took dogs out, made a cup of green tea and stretched my muscles were so sore for the week of working out hard. I started supplementing with Gaspari milk chocolate whey on sunday it is really good! I am also goign to try the Gaspari super pump and the recovery drink as well I think I might purchase them this week, I am hoping they will help me push it harder in the gym so I can see more and more results!
Breakfast: 1 cup of hemp granola with 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup of green tea
Snack: 1 cup water with 1 scoop whey protien
Lunch: 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
4 mixed veggie steamed gyoza
1 banana
1 slice of watermelon
8 sesame coated almonds
Snack-i scoop protein with water
Dinner: 1/2 cup of stir fry veggies
1 tofu egg roll
6 veggy gyoza steamed
2 cups green tea
snack-Protein shake with1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
This was my meal plan for Monday I am getting ready to go to the store and buy a waffle iorn so I" can make protein waffles
4 scoops protein, 8 egg whites,1 cup oatmeal, agave (to sweeten)…. excited to make these!
