This week in training
The plan to push thru this week will be a formula of being accountable for everything from training/food intake/water intake/supplements/and intensity of cardio sessions. My plan of attack is to keep a fitness/food and workout journal for each day! I have done this in the past and it really helped me for moticvation. I have put off on taking a fat burner untill another month I want to blast as much fat as I can naturally. I also have a new formula for my lifting I will be doing 5 sets of 15 on medium weights to light weights if needed towards the 4th or fith set. I am working on mind muscle connnection when I am doing my contractions and lifting, it is now time to sculpt and get some deffinition, my muscle is there howevever it just needs some cutting. I am excited to see how my quads react to this new formula of lifting.
