Happy Thanksgiving!

Omg well fighting th swine flu for 3 weeks made me loose 20 lbs but I lost a great deal of my muscle and my appatite! This week I am going to hit the gym for the first time in over 2 months :) Weight room here I come. I had a great Thanksgiving and got tottaly stuffed on barely any food my stomach shrank!

This week in training

May 15, 2009

The plan to push thru this week will be a formula of being accountable for everything from training/food intake/water intake/supplements/and intensity of cardio sessions. My plan of attack is to keep a fitness/food and workout journal for each day! I have done this in the past and it really helped me for moticvation. I have put off on taking a fat burner untill another month I want to blast as much fat as I can naturally. I also have a new formula for my lifting I will be doing 5 sets of 15 on medium weights  to light weights if needed towards the 4th or fith set. I am working on mind muscle connnection when I am doing my contractions and lifting, it is now time to sculpt and get some deffinition, my muscle is there howevever it just needs some cutting. I am excited to see how my quads react to this new formula of lifting.

So I ordered Gaspari nutrition Super Pump and Size on as well as lipodrien but it is on back order :( . I originally ordered my supplements off of bodybuilding.com to show support to them for developing this fantastick, helpful, inspirational, tottaly awesome bodyspace social networking site!!! It was my first time ordering my supplements on line so I was a little sketchy I am such the typical " I need/want it now" person which is why I was skectchy but the ordering process off of bb.com was tottaly hassle free, and so fast! I got my supplements today and I can not wait to implement them in to my fitness fat blastin muscle building lifestyle modification plan! Thanks you bb.com :)   From now on I am ordering all of my supplements from bb.com :)

My 4 week plan

Today is the first day of my 4 week plan to do double cardion sessions, I plan on doing cardio and abs at the park in teh morning when I take my son kill 2 birds with one stone then the other cardio session at night in the gym before weights! I am hoping this revs everything in to overdrive and I start to see some of my muscles that I have worked hard at developing I know they are there they are just traped in nasty fat lol :) So 4 weeks and it is on!!!!!!

Monday 4/28

woke up at 6:15 am took dogs out, made a cup of green tea and stretched my muscles were so sore for the week of working out hard. I started supplementing with Gaspari milk chocolate whey on sunday  it is really good! I am also goign to try the Gaspari super pump and the recovery drink as well I think I might purchase them this week, I am hoping they will help me push it harder in the gym so I can see more and more results!

Breakfast: 1 cup of hemp granola with 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

                 1/2 cup orange juice

                 1 cup of green tea

 Snack: 1 cup water with 1 scoop whey protien

Lunch: 1/2  cup vanilla almond milk

          4 mixed veggie steamed gyoza

          1 banana

          1 slice of watermelon

          8 sesame coated almonds

Snack-i scoop protein with water

Dinner: 1/2 cup of stir fry veggies

           1 tofu egg roll

           6 veggy gyoza steamed

            2 cups green tea

snack-Protein shake with1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

 

This was my meal plan for Monday I am getting ready to go to the store and buy a waffle iorn so I" can make protein waffles :) 4 scoops protein, 8 egg whites,1 cup oatmeal, agave (to sweeten)…. excited to make these!

Need some supplements

So I have been doing a total body cleanse as well as eating 95% organic with the exception of my sushi :) , but I can not give that up, spicy tuna rolls are my weakness! I have been doing really great on my workouts in the gym and I am starting to see some new definition in my back :) I am still not seeing the results that I would like to see in my legs so I am going to step it up on legs this week my goal is to burn muscle and fat in my legs and get my quadsa nd inner thigh more lean, to do this I am going to do leg super sets untill failure I hope this works and I can see some noticable results this month. I am also ready to start taking a fat burner and a new protien powder, in the past I have taken muscle milk and no explode and sometimes hydroxycut… Any suggestions?????

Birthday Fun!

April 20, 2009

Yesterday was my 25th Birthday :) I had a blast and I was so stoked that my B day fell on my cheat day! I did not do to bad waffle and pb for breakfast with my multi vitamin a banana for a snack with a glass of milk and my goji/ mushroom and liver detox supplements then sushi bento box for lunch with chicken teryaki and california rolls yumm! Dinner was a mushroom olive whole wheat home made calzone and birthday cookie with frozen yogurt; So now that all that cheat crap is out of the way, today I am going to hit the cardio hard and then the weights at the gym. Tonight at the gym I am goign to do heavy weight with low reps or as many reps as I can do. For the last 4 weeks I have been training light weight with extreamly high reps so it is time to switch it up for a few training sessions. Looking forward to an awesome workout tonight at the gym. I am going to start taking a fat burner this week to to kick everything in to overdrive :) New pictures to come soon.
