Had great workout tonight. Hit legs extra hard tonight and definetly feeling them. Started with deadlifts, then squats and finished with hack squats. CJ has not done a leg workout with me before and trust me he won’t forget this anytime soon. I really am beginning to get my weight back up in my leg workouts, been trying to keep myself safe since my back injury but feeling strong and sturdy. After that headed into superset chest day, machine presses, pec dec, and dips. Really trying to blow my chest up I feel it’s one of my weaker bodyparts beside my arms. I like th shape I have seen it take on since I started this routine. Hoping to see some better results as i carry this program on for another 60 days after this.
Well I need to head off to sleep. Will be trying to get some new pics posted tomorrow.

WOW, been 30 days on this program and totally in love with it. Have not been on a program like this before, and amazed at the great gains I have been getting. Dr Fred Hatfield is an absolutly brilliant man, I am so glad I was recommended his book. I am feeling tighter and harder and been told I am looking a lot bigger. Will be taking pics not sure if I will get a chance today or tomorrow. Today my workout partners truck was given him problems, so i went it alone today. Had biceps and forearms to do today, Was a superset bicep workout today standing DB curls, concentration curls, and Scott curls. Really have to say my biceps are finally taking on a shape I like FINALLY!! Still no where done with them yet, but like what I have seen over the last month. Plus my forearms are finally popping out a lot more as well, had regular wrist curls as my workout for those.
Got another 60 days on this program before I change up some of the workout to go back on another bulking cycle and see where i can get to by Dec.

Superset shoulder day got in and out quick. Did Arnie presses, lateral raises, and rear delt flyes, really got a great pump. Then went right into superset abs; russian twist, reverse crunches, and sidebends. These really got my abs burning. CJ and Rob both got to experience there first superset workout today and both really like what they did.

Really like this SuperPump and SizeOn. Got an insane pump during my back and calves workout this morning. Got a little bit of a late start, and CJ ran a little late but he showed up. Got to get him a little more dedicated, he’s got great potential just got to focus him a little more. I started with back today, pulldowns getting the whole weight stack now and adding plates. Then moved into bent-over rows, and finished with one-arm rows. Lower back was totally pump and lats were looking nice today. Next was cavles high intensity day of standing calf raises. Had to site down for about 10 mins when I was done before i attempted to walk around, they were MOOOING today!!
Got to go back tonight and finish up with shoulders and abs. Well get back to you on how that goes later as always. 2 more days till new pics.

WOW I going to be starting my SuperPump 250 and SizeOn on Monday so I decided to try a sample packet of each to see how my body reacts to it. WOW!!! These two products are amazing. I started my leg training tonight with front squats, and then went to leg extensions, and finished off with hamstring curls. After I was done with leg extensions I thought my quads were going to blow right out of my skin. I was amazed at how fast my hamstrings followed with getting super pump. Almost had to drag myself over to do my triceps, my legs were so sore and pumped. LOVED IT!! Tonight was a superset tricep workout, started with French presses, then kickbacks, and then pushdowns. After the 3rd set of my superset my triceps were blown. I could barely reach up to scratch my back. Then was off for some forearm work, regular wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and Thor’s hammer. Bumped up my weights on my forearm exercises a bit tonight as well. Get a nice day to relax tomorrow and let my body recupirate. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Will be keeping you informed on how my progress goes with my new supplements. I do have a question i will post in a forum as well as here in my blog.
Is it ok, to take SuperPump and SizeOn twice a day since I do split workout? Leave me a comment on this blog to let me know what you think.

Todays workout was super intense, started with biceps. Got the best pump ever!! Was like they were going to bust through the skin. I have not had a pump like that in a long time, started with EZ Curls, and then went into Scott curls, and the icing on the cake was cable concentration curls. After my last set of concentration curls was leaving my arms PUMPED!! Then went to do my calves standing calf rasies and seated calf rasies. Then went on to do chest, incline press, DB press, and finished off with cable crossovers.
I just can’t get over how PUMPED, I got today, got 3 days until I start my new supplements. I am so excited!!
Well guys, I got to get back to the gym tonight to finish off with triceps, legs, and forearms.

Had a great workout today, my new training partners were late but the did arrive. I was already done with my major muscle group of the day, which was back, and already had started on my calves. Back workout today entailed 2 exercises pulldowns and cable rows. Really hit my back just right today feels nice and warm and blood really pumped into it good. Feeling my back really tightening and expanding a lot on the this program. Then I hit my calves standing calf raises, simple set day on them but really heavy feeling really good now. After that I went to my abs, russian twists, reverse crunches, and crunches.
Met a fellow bodybuilder in the gym today, his name is Jimmy. A big guy about 225 a firefighter, got into a little conversation on my way to the water fountain. Great to hear someone ask me, "Do you compete?" I am glad that it’s beginning to show that I look like a bodybuilder.
Only one time in the gym today. Tomorrow will be along day in the gym got a lot to cover. I will keep you posted as always, 4 more days till my pics and supplementation, can’t wait!!

Gained a new workout partner today, CJ brought his friend Rob to join or training. I am glad to have some training partner help me push a little bit harder. Tonight we did biceps, shoulders and abs, we started with biceps. Heavy and hard hitting night so all we did was standing DB curls, got a real good pump from them. Next was on to shoulders, shoulders are really rounding nicely. We started with DB shoulder presses, glad to have CJ and Rob around make me push bigger weight, stuff i wouldn’t be able to do alone. Then was off to rear delt flyes, then finished off with machine military presses. These really are a great finisher for such a hard workout. Next was off to abs, did 5 sets of russian twists and called it a night.
5 days until new pics and looking forward to seeing the comments you all have.
Hope everyone has been pushing it hard and seeing great results. really hope these guy can stick with it till the show next year, will be great to see how far we can push each other and see each at our best in 2008.

Hit the gym hard this morning, I did chest and triceps. I started with chest and did incline presses. Really trying to push myself a lot more now that I am almost a month in to this program. I think once I also start my supplements will help out as well. I then worked my triceps, really trying to get my triceps to thicken up, like what i am seeing, but not the full mass I am looking for yet.

Erick Fankhouser has amazing triceps, any suggestions on tricep training or exercises always appreciated. I started with kickbacks, then went into french presses, and ended with dips. I can see that my triceps are getting a hell of alot stronger. My weights are just jumping in leaps and bounds. I am sure that is part of the growth just impatient I guess.
I have to go back tonight and finish off my workout with shoulders, biceps, and abs. I am always glad to hear from you, so please keep the email and comments coming thanks!

Hey a great leg workout today, tried to focus in on hamstrings with this workout. Started out with deadlifts, have not done these superheavy in a long time. I am feeling a lot more comfortabe with my back and beginning to venture into superheavy motions again. I miss doing a lot fo the heavy mass building exercises. After deadlifts, I hit the hamstring curls, and then followed by leg extensions. Then went into my calf routine. I really been hitting the calves hard, been seeing some good results. I think you will all be surprised at how they have developed.
