I hate when I miss a workout. I try not to often, but life has a way of getting to busy to get everything you want done sometimes. I glad I have been back in the gym this week feels great and the think the ZMA Nightcap is giving me a better recovery, feel less ache, and much better in the mornings after super heavy workouts. I am feeling much stronger, and hope it continues over the next month. Well I just wanted to drop a quick line before i hit the sac.

I really think I am getting a lot stronger in arms can see my lifts going up really great to see. I am really seeing a big difference in my physique as well. I am super tired and got to take my ZMA Nightcap and head off to lalaland so i can get back in to the gym tomorrow and hammer out a nother ball busting workout.

Been super busy with some work, and having a hard time getting into do my logs and stuff. I hope everyone has been ok.
Ok, been waiting ALL weekend for today (I mean last night) I was super psyched about my workout and then being able to try the SNAC ZMA Nightcap. Been sitting on my counter, beckoning me to try it, but I wanted to wait and do it right.
So here goes:
First off let’s talk about TASTE. THIS PRODUCT REALLY TASTES GREAT! Hard to find supplements that really make you go WOW!! I have the Root Beer Float and right from opening it really does smell like root beer float. I can’t wait to try the Appleberry to see if that is just as good. It really is a great way to end your day.
TEXTURE: It’s a very light shake, not thick at all, mixes very well, and does not leave behind any residual particulates.
The Workout:
Had a great workout last night, didn’t get a chance to hit the gym like I have wanted to last few days been super busy with DJing. Was super pumped when I got into the gym, started with a little warm up, as always, on the elliptical. Then started my chest and bicep workout which were both “A” workouts, and then did a “C” calf workout.
My chest routine was machine presses, and the bicep routine was EZ Curl curls. Felt a little weak going into chest, think it’s from the time off I took. On the other hand my biceps were definitely stronger today.
For calves did seated calf raises, did not go as heavy as usual, wanted to give them a little bit of a break was feeling a weak from standing on my feet all weekend long.
SNAC NIGHTCAP:
An hour before I went to bed I took my first ZMA Nightcap. Had a cup of water next to my bedside and the canister ready to go. Put in my three scoops and watched a little TV. In no time was beginning to feel groggy and tired and before I knew it was off in lalaland.
I woke this morning feeling really refreshed and good. I did not toss and turn as I usually do can tell by how my covers are still on my bed. I think I was out cold for the night. Also didn’t wake up like I usually do at 8:00 am, not sure why but everyday I always wake up at the time and have hard time going back to sleep.
First night with ZMA I will say was a complete success. I can’t wait to see how it will effect my physically next. Hoping to see some gains from it as well, from the recovery effects that it will provide.

Got to the gym this morning and did chest and biceps, was an intense day of DB chest press and for biceps EZ bar curls. Short but really intense, got a great pump. This evening I hit back 2 exercises only long cable rows and reverse grip pulldowns. Got a great pump and adding the reverse grip really hit the back nicely. Well off to sleep. Need my muscle growth.

Had a great evening in the gym, had to adjust my workout a bit due to some other commitments. Got in there tonight and skipped my usual 10 min warm up to get right to work on my triceps. Started out with french presses, really see my weight go up in all my exercises since I started the SuperPump and the SizeOn, then went into skullcrushers, and ended with dips. Didn’t get to workout with CJ this morning but we met up this evening to do shoulder, forearms, and calves together. For my shoulder workout started with shoulder machine press, did the whole stack tonight for 5 could have gotten a few more. Then I headed off to do rear delt flyes, almost on the whole stack there as well. Then was off for a killer set of lateral raises. These were probably the hardest thing to do after all the rest, but made for a great finisher. Then we headed over to do forearms, started with reverse wrist curls tonight, then went into regular wrist curls, and finished off with thor’s hammer. Even these I am moving up in weight in, it’s good to see the weight going up I am really feeling stronger. Next was calf time, did seated calf raises tonight, going to start switching up the standing and seated more. I like the burn on both but think a little more change will get a bit more growth out of them.
Like to thank those for the compliments on my progress. Really hitting it hard and hoping over the next 60 days will see some even better results before next progress pic up dates. Have a good night, and will be keeping everyone posted as always.

Had a good work out today mornign and evening. this morning went to the gym and hit chest and biceps, and this evening went in to do legs and triceps. This morning had a super pump after hitting chest and biceps. Started with chest and did machine press, then went into DB incline flyes, and ended with cable crossovers. Really got the blood flowing, then was on to biceps. Started with standing DB curls, went into preacher cursl (hadn’t done these in a few weeks and got a great pump from these today), then ended with cable concentration curls. My biceps really need to be improved and slowly I see it.
This evening headed back to the gym and started my superset leg workout. Another bud there been chatting with was doing legs as well, said I really inspired him tonight to push on his legs harder. after watching me do my supersets said I made it look "easy". Trust me doing superset with legs is anything but easy. After my third and final set of my superset I was about ready to collapse. My bud asked if i wanted to join him for set of leg presses, I had to cordially decline. The superset tonight included squats, hacksquats, and DB deadlifts. Never been impressed by my legs always been told by judges they needed to be bigger. So I am still on the quest for more size. After that hit triceps short burst tricep workout tonight, pushdowns. Got a great pump and blood flow into them tongiht. I like short quick days sometimes. Day off tomorrow going to do some work trying to get my ISSA certification done and see what work I can get PTing. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
BTW… zenki95, KEEP PUMPING BUD!! I WANT TO SEE YOU ON STAGE NEXT YEAR!! YOUR GOING TO GET HUGE BRO!

Had a great workout this morning, was a superset back day and abs. I love superset days a lot I get in the gym and it is heavy and hard from the beginning to the end of the workout. Started with bent over rows, pulldowns, and ended with cable rows. Really trying to widen out my back want to show them some wings. I been hitting the abs hard (know the can be seen yet, but very confident that as I lean down will be very impressed with what people see) russian twists, reverse crunches, and crunches. Can slowly see them coming through the fat, LOL!! What do you think of the difference in 1 month.

Had a good workout today hit triceps, forearms, and calves. Tricep workout was really nice, started with pushdowns, and then into french presses and finished with dips. I had to start my calves first before I hit dips since they were doing some maintence work on it. About 4 sets into my standing calf raises I jumped back over to the dip machine to finish off my triceps. Then it was back over to finish of my calves, ending with seated calf rasies. Finally had to start using the standard olympic bar to do my forearms. Good to see them imporving slowly. Well I was supposed to take pics today but the cam is not working, Think the battries need to be charged again, hopefully tomorrow I can get them up.
