Day 16

Tuesday, July 24th, 2007

Decided to hit the gym tonight and take the morning off to sleep in. Today was supersets exercises of back and shoulders. I started with my usual warm-up on the treadmil to get my heart rate up and ready for the intense workout I was about to begin. Supersets of back exercises were first, back extensions, long cable rows and finishing with pulldowns. I really love doing supersets, they really are beginning to shape and bring in more size to my frame. Like this program cause i can switch it up depending on what type of routine I am doing. I find this keeps my muscles confused and working harder to keep up. Once I finished up on back was time to hit superset of shoulders. I really focusing on rounding my shoulders out more and did a ton of presses today. Started with Arnie presses, the DB seated presses, then machine shoulder press, on my last set I decided to substitute machine shoulder press for rear delt flyes. This was a great finishing exercise, really pumped that last bit of blood into the shoulders giving me a really insane pump.

Once I was done with shoulders had to measure them the last bodypart I needed. Pumped and flexed my shoulders are a HUGE 60 1/2". I was never into measuring my body pumped always measured cold, but I magazine has asked me for my measurements cold and pumped. Nice to see that I rally do swell up even more.

I thanks those who have been mailing me and leaving comments. I really appreciate all the feedback. I really have seen a tremendous difference in my motivation as I push for the TOP more and more each day. Thanks and please keep the feedback coming.

Day 15, Part 2

Monday, July 23rd, 2007

Just in from gym, evening workout was great tonight. When I got to the gym was kinda busy, but after I finished my warm-up on the elliptical, was beginning to get quiet. I had to do legs, chest, and forearms tonight. I started with legs, did deadlifts first. Have not done deadlifts in a very long time, since my sciatica has not bothered me in some time I decided it was time to start again. Hit my hamstrings very good, and then on to leg extensions. I try to really squeeze at the top of my leg extensions to work the muscle fully and really already beginning to see a difference in the shape. After that went to hack squats, these really kill me, i do these for reps, and really learn to work through the pain as i finish these off. Had to do my pumped measurements after legs legs flexed are a solid 34 1/2" really, no where were I want them though need them bigger.

I hit chest after that, been focusing on incline work for the last few weeks, started with incline DB press. Then was on to incline flyes and finished off with cable crossovers. I already noticed a significant difference in my chest since starting this routine. Hit the pumped measurements when I was done with chest had a solid 56" flexed.

Next was a superset of forearms, standard workout on forearms, started with wrist curls, then reverse wrist curls, and thor’s hammer. By the time i was done they had blown up and tape at 15 1/4" pumped.

I been talking to a few companies that are interested in possible sponsoring me! Wish me luck as I give them all I got, and show them the FUTURE OF BODYBUILDING!

Day 15, Part 1

Monday, July 23rd, 2007

Had a good day at the gym today, today was a nice long workout. Had to do biceps, triceps, and abs. Been a while since I trained bis and tris together. I really hit them hard and gotten them really pumped. Started with biceps, DB standing cursl, then hit the preacher curls, and then ended with cable concentration curls. Totally rock hard once I was done. After that headed over to free weight area to do get my triceps blown out. Stated with some french presses, then went into kickbacks, and ended with dips. I really noticed my strength go up, in my tricep exercises. Was kinda shocked by how much weight i could handle.

Working on trying to get a sponsorship, so had to tape my arms afterwards, never usually do pumped measurement. Arms finally pumped hit the 21" mark and solid. I have to eventually get all my measurements pumped.

Will go back to night and hit legs, chest, and forearms. I am glad to see that people are following my blog, always looking for feedback, so please keep it coming.

Day 14

Sunday, July 22nd, 2007

 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbJW4rwJUsk

Found this video online and find it truly inspirational. This is the physique I hope to have one day. THE NEXT GENERATION OF BODYBUILDING. Sunday is my day of rest. the day I give my body a full rest. I usually take this day to center myself, and get myself ready for the week ahead. I keep focused by getting inspired by my results, my lifts, and friends and family.

Day 13, Part 2

Saturday, July 21st, 2007

Had an INTENSE workout tonight. Had to hit shoulders, biceps and calves, I started with shoulders. Arnie press are one of my favorite exercises. Then I went into lateral raises, finally starting to see my weight poundage go up. Then I was supposed to do shoulder presses, but decided to do some rear delt flyes. That really made a difference, felt my traps and rear delts just blow up. I was going to hit biceps after that, but I figured I would give my shoudlers a rest first before going crazy on biceps. So I went and hit calves, I am a big believer in hitting calves hard, so I take my souls out of my shoes.

This calf workout was on standing calf raises, did 5 sets of 5, then 5 sets of 12, then 5 sets of 40. My calves were mooing byt the time I was done. I am glad i really focusing in on my calves again, they are a great muscle group for me, and can really bring them out when I hit them hard. Now that the calves were done was time to get my biceps done.

I am beginning to notice a difference FINALLY in my biceps. I been dying to get my arms bigger and have not had much luck, but since I been using this routine I really can already see a nice difference in the shape. I am still not happy with them yet, but I am on the road to seeing results.

Not sure when I should post new pics, I was going to wait until i was done with all 90 days of my program, or if I should do it every 30 days? Let me know what you think, I always enjoy hearing from you and like to get your feedback.

Well as always sunday is here a day to rest. Will be taking my cold measurements flexed and unflexed on Monday morning, been a while so time see where I stand. Wish me luck!!

Day 13, Part 1

Saturday, July 21st, 2007

Hitting the gym hard this Saturday morning, had chest and back this morning, and will be doing biceps, shoulders and calves tonight. Today chest workout was simple machine press heavy and intense. Then off to back, started with pulldowns and worked into cable rows, and ended with 1 arm bent over rows. Almost hurled by the time i was done with back workout. Been a while since I felt like that, guess I am pushing my own intensity.

I am really hitting it hard to make the gain I know I can make to get myself ready for the 2008 Southern States. I really lookign forwad to hitting the stage in 100% peak condition. I think If I can I will be the guy coming out of the wood work, want to be the next bodybuilding phenomona!!

Always like to hear feedback from you guys and gals good or bad. I use it to push myself harder and stronger. I hope everyone has a nice weekend. Will get back to you with how my evening workout goes.

Day 12, Part 2

Friday, July 20th, 2007

WOW this week has been great. My workouts have been going unbelievably, I been feeling great and getting much tighter. I got my name listed on the BODYBUILDING.COM SuperSite Main Page, and today I became one of the top 6 most viewed Bodyspace pages. I been telling people I am go for this 100% and I beginning to see it come to past.

I just got home from the gym, and had a short workout today. Only had to do triceps and forearms tonight. I had to be in the gym for about an hour. Felt like I was not really working out because it was so short, but got a great tricep pump. Forearms are rally beginning to get a hell of a lot stronger. I am shocked to see them starting to bulge out already.

As always while I was working out tonight, had a couple of guys come over to me and ask me if I played for the Miami Dolphins. I kinda laughed and said No, they said DAMN you one Big MOFO. Either I am getting bigger or just looking like I am cause I am getting these comments more and more now.

I hope to keep you all informed on my progress, and hope you guys and gals keep visitng my page. I thank you for all the words of encouragement and votes of confidence. Bodybuilding is a fan sport, and I do this for myself, but I also do this cause I know the fans of bodybuilding want MUSCLE FREAKS. i am all natural and want to show them a Massive NATURAL bodybuilder.
