Day 19
Tonight was one of my favorite bodyparts legs and calves. Tonight I had a superset leg workout; squats, hack squats, and lunges. I was sweating balls, I don’t know if i mentioned this before but I LOVE supersets. These really are bringing out some added shape and size to my muscles.
I can’t believe it’s been 19 days already, I have decided to take some progress pics on my 30 day mark. Will also be adding SizeOn and SuperPump250. Anyone ever try these products? I been doing my research on them and I thnk they will help me out a lot.
Well tomorrow is another day and I will hitting hard again.
