Day 23

Tuesday, July 31st, 2007

Today I have to only workout once. Had shoulders, triceps, and abs. For shoulders I did  arnie presses, and for triceps I did pushdowns. For abs it ws russian twists, reverse crunches, and crunches. I got to the gym on time, but my training partner had decided to oversleep (tsk tsk tsk), his first time I will let it slide. I was half way through the workout before he showed up, but I think he is serious since he also bought a membership today. So we will see how he does over the next few weeks. The other night the guy from the front desk was walking the floor, and saw us working out, and walked over to him and told him, "Watch out this guy will kill you!!." I laughed, he know I hit hard and see me there every night. It’s good to know that some people can tell when you workout hard.

Well I am going to relax tonight, and maybe even go listen to my bestfriend DJ. I might just end up hitting the sack early for once. Will let you know what happens tomorrow. I hope you all have bene hitting the gym hard, and seeing good results.

Day 22, Part 2

Hey just in from the gym, had a great workout this evening, really good to workout with a partner again. We hit chest, back and forearms. Started with machine press, and then went into DB presses and ended with dips. My chest was feeling nice and pumped after that workout, really put up some nice weight and can’t wait to see how much stronger I get once i start my SuperPump and SizeOn. then we started in on back did cable rows maxed out the rack tonight, then went into bent over rows, and ended with pulldowns. Remember straps are an important workout accessory. Then went into forearms, regular wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, and ending with Thor’s hammer.

Day 22, Part 1

Had a great workout today, also had my first workout with Fastruck38 on here. He is a bodybuilder looking to compete next year at the 2008 Southern States. It was great to workout with a fellow bodybuilder, helps keep the drive and passion for this great sport in both of us going. I am hoping that he will become my new training partner as we hit hard over the next year. We hit biceps and calves today. Started todays bicep workout with EZ curls, then went to Scott Curls, and ended with concentration curls. Got a great workout, glad Fastruck38 was there made me work a little harder. After that he got his first taste of a good calf routine, it only involved standing calf raises, but I am sure he will be feeling it tomorrow. While be heading back to the gym tonight to do chest, back, and forearms. A few more days and will be updating my progress pics.

Day 20, Part 1 & Part 2

I don’t know what happened I did post a blog this morning, after my first workout but not sure what happened to it. Well this morning I had a great day, did triceps and forearms. Really hit my tris hard today, started with french presses, really like to hit my tris with a full range of motion on these. After these I headed over to do dips, really focusing on keep my triceps tight to my body and really feeling them at the top of the motion. Then went straight to pushdowns haven’t done these in a while. Did these as burnout set and these really finished them off nicely. After that went into regular wrist curls, I really like how my forearms are taking shape. By the time I was done, they were on fire and sore like no tomorrow. This program is really hitting my body hard and getting great results.

This evening I had to do shoulders, calves and abs. I started with shoulder presses, then worked into lateral raises, and ended with rear delt flyes. Shoulders are beginning to round out nicely, like the shape they are getting with this program. I was going to do abs next but someone on one of the machine I needed since I was doing superset of abs, I decieded to hit calves first standing and seated calf rasies. My calves are beginning to moo… I finished them off and hit my abs, russian twists, reverse crunches, and sidebends.

Well today was a great day, I really enjoy hitting the gym twice this program is great. 10 days until progress pics.

Day 19

Friday, July 27th, 2007

Tonight was one of my favorite bodyparts legs and calves. Tonight I had a superset leg workout; squats, hack squats, and lunges. I was sweating balls, I don’t know if i mentioned this before but I LOVE supersets.  These really are bringing out some added shape and size to my muscles.

I can’t believe it’s been 19 days already, I have decided to take some progress pics on my 30 day mark. Will also be adding SizeOn and SuperPump250. Anyone ever try these products? I been doing my research on them and I thnk they will help me out a lot.

Well tomorrow is another day and I will hitting hard again.

Day 18, Part 2

Just in from the gym had a great chest workout this evening. Had to do supersets of my chest exercises, machine press, incline press, and dips.  Have not done dips for chest in a long time, felt great to hit them again. Really felt the blood getting in there. I like the way my chest is beginning to fill out. I really wanted to work on bring that up over the last few months and like the results I am getting. Also had to hit forearms, really enjoying them now, was always opposed to it before but now i am glad i get to hit them so often. Really noticing them getting a lot stronger with every workout.

I really enjoy chatting with you guys, thank you for all the compliments and best wishes. I am glad to be making such great friends, and fans. I can not wait to show you guys the great results I have been getting from this program. Please keep the feedback coming and hope you all have a good night.

Day 18, Part 1

Afternoon, just got home from the gym, hit my biceps and abs today. My bicep workout was a superset day, EZ curl bars, Preacher curls, and concentration curls. I really like these bicep workout, when I do superset I really like the burn I get. It is weird I get a great pump from supersets but amazing how i feel it even more a day after. Blasted abs after that russian twists, reverse crunches, and crunches. I am a big believer in doing abs with no weight, to many guys hit there abs with heavy weights and wonder why they have huge bulk stomach because the build there abs up to much, I prefer to do them slow and controlled and reall squeezing and focusing on them.

Well later tonight will be back in the gym to do a superset day of chest and the have to blast forearms. Will get back to you on how that goes, and as always:

Day 17

Wednesday, July 25th, 2007

Had a great workout today, did superset exercises for triceps. French presses, skullcrushers, and then off to kickbacks. Amazing how supersets really get you pumped but also get your hear rate going. Really great workout. After that had to hit calves, standing calf rasies and seated calf rasies. Really blew then out nicely. After that was off to do abs. Hit the russian twists, amazing how you can feel the muscle work hard when doing abs when there is no weight.

Been great 17days in the gym. I really love this program, really like the results I am getting. Strength going up, and BF slowly coming down but still staying about 300lbs.

Quads: 33 1/2"

Shoulders: 59"

Pumped Flexed Measurements 7-24-07

All these measurements are done immediately after they worked out and at there fullest pump and flexed.

Quads: 34 1/2"

Chest: 56"

Shoulders: 60 1/2"

Forearms: 15 1/4"

Upperarm: 21"

Still need to get my calf measurment done.
