What type of training do you do?
I have seen so many different styles of training over the years in bodybuilding magazines. I think as a natural bodybuilder you need to focus on more old school methods of training. I focus on good form, heavy weight, and low reps to build my frame. I have now switched to a super slow constant resistantance approach of training i want to focus on a more hollistic approach to bodybuilding.
I really want to see my body go through some major changes over the next few years. I really think I will be a forced to be reckoned with on the bodybuilding dias.
