Training Daze

Had a busy weekend didn’t get a chance to hit the gym. Had to work this morning at 7:00AM so will hit the gym when I am done. I hate missing a workout, feels like I am in a daze when I don’t get into the gym. Especially when it a lacking bodypart like arms. My biceps in particular are have been very hard for me to grow. I have tried slow/fast/high-reps/low-reps I have been very frustrasted.

I got my recent order from bodybuilding.com and I forgot that I had got the Bob Cicherillo Bicep/Tricep/Posing DVD. I am a big fan of his, and I think he has a top notch physique. After watching this DVD I am geared up to put some of what I have learned into practice and see what results I may obtain. I am hoping some of the advice about hand positioning will help make a difference.

I really looking forward to getting this competitive bodybuuilding season underway for me and my training partner. We both are getting quite excited about the shows we have planned. I think my friends and family are more excited then ME!?!?! Lots of them just want to see me in contest shape.

I think my friends are more excited to see me do a show then I am, most  of them did not know me back in my younger competitive days, now they have a chance to see a bigger better A.P. I am glad to see such positive feedback from them, as well as everyone that I have met recently. I am glad to see a up-surge of positive energy put towards bodybuilding.

Need some Pre-Contest Advice

Hey guys been a while since I posted been this and Bodyspace, been getting a lot of questions and great feedback. I am beginning to put together my pre contest diet and routine, been a while and looking for any advice that any of you other competitiors may be able to lend.

I also have added some posing routine vids to my You tube, but only available to those on my friend list.

I have seen so many different styles of training over the years in bodybuilding magazines. I think as a natural bodybuilder you need to focus on more old school methods of training. I focus on good form, heavy weight, and low reps to build my frame. I have now switched to a super slow constant resistantance approach of training i want to focus on a more hollistic approach to bodybuilding.

I really want to see my body go through some major changes over the next few years. I really think I will be a forced to be reckoned with on the bodybuilding dias.

WARNING: BEWARE OF EMAILS FROM igor-bg

This guy is a faker and a scammer he tricks you into sending him pics, with a persuasion that he will send you money. Al he does is post the pics on YouTube and try to ridicule you.

Here is the letter he sent me:

Hi! First of all I must say that my English is not good, but I hope that you will understand me. I am a 29 years old businessman from Sweden.I have a lot of money.Much more than I need in my life. I know that bodybuilding is one of the most expensive sports.I will be glad to see you in future at competitions.I would be happy if I would know that you have more muscles, good results, and you are training with my financial help.Not just you will be satisfied.Me too because I know that I had helped you.I don’t know would it be enough if I would send you 2500 euros (about 3000 dollars) every month?
I think that you want to know what do you have to do for this money.Well you will be surprised if you hear my answer. Maybe there were some people who wanted to see you naked for some money.I saw some advertisements in which bodybuilders were selling their tapes on which they are showering or doing exercises in the gym naked.It’s sad what are some body builders doing to get money that’s needed for their sport, food and lifestyle.I hope that you were not doing this for money.
Of course I don’t want to see your privates, and I don’t want you to humiliate or embarrass yourself for my money.I am not that kind.I would like to help you because I have a lot of money.2500 euros are not much for me, but I hope it would be useful for you.
I have many questions for you (such as the way you will get the money - western union or other money transfer metod?), but first I want to know what is your opinion.What do you think about this?
This will be kept in secret.I ask you to keep in secret my name and that I donate you.If you send me an email every week it would be enough.Write me how it’s going in the gym, are your muscles getting bigger, what are your plans…etc.That is all what I want from you.  

And there is one more thing.Internet is a virtual world.It is possible that you are a 50 years old fat man who shows this pictures and gets money from people who want to help a sportsman.So I want a proof that you are the bodybuilder from the pictures.I hope you understand me.I must be sceptic.I really want to help you and here is how will I get the proof: Take the highest resolution picture of you in posing trunks or speedos.Spread your legs about 1 meter, show your biceps on right arm and hold a paper in your left hand.Write on the paper these letters: M K A E K
If I get this picture it would be the proof that I send money to you.If someone puts these pictures and he is asking for money he can not send me this picture.I hope you understand me.This will be a garantee that the money goes in right hands.I think that you agree with this.I need some garantee.

Reaching for the Top

I wake up every monrning and think to myself that I will be Mr Olympia one day. I put the thoughts and images of my head of being on stage. I try to hear the crowd and hear the cheers. I hope to get more people motivated and interested in competitive bodybuilding, I think this is THE BEST SPORT around. I have a great training partner and I am glad to see the fire in his eye to go for the ULTIMATE goal of being onstage and showing how hard they have worked to get there.

I am embarking on a new path in my life a big leap forward. I decieded to leave my job, and work towards my bodybuilding and DJing careers. I really like to make this a great year for me. I have been fiinishing up my PT certification and hoping to get some clients. I really want to make this my Life I know it is a difficult move, but I have faith and my dedication to make it come true.

I hope those of you out there, that have not  lived out your dream because you say, "YOU CAN’T!" read this and it makes you change your mind towards your goal please let me know. I hope to see more and more of you WANT to reach you goal.

Great Training session

This new workout is amazing. I am getting pumps like when I first started working out. I think my chest is begining to take shape and my back is taking on a great V taper. I have measurements and pics day tomorrow will post the results afterwards.

I hope to keep my training blog, up to date more often on here and as well as my yahoo page.
