My first body blog

I’m new at this Blogging but wanted to try it.  I’m deployed and just worked another day in 115 degree heat. Wanted to work legs to day but felt I shouldn’t because I stayed on them all day.  This was also another terrible day for consistancy in my diet and food intake as well because I may have took in maybe 1100-1200 calories at the most lol, and like maybe about 115 grams of protein.  Got to figure out how to manage my meal plan, and diet consistancy while working.  This desert and these Aircraft are draining all the energy out of me, but can’t stop in the gym if I want to be the best I can.  Can’t wait until I get back Home so I can eat a more variety of fish and chicken I like.  I feel my progress then will have me were I want to be next spring and will help be a desciding factor if I want to try my first comp.  If you read this thanks and hit me up on my page anytime.  Luv to talk about workin out

well, you look fantastic, so you really dont need any advice from an ametuer. It would seem to me tho that someone your size could use a little more intake , esp protien. I have heard that military food makes it hart to eat clean. …. Thanks for your service.

wow I know it’s tough to have the energy to make it to the gym after working in the heat for so long..I feel for ya on that!…can you get supplements over there or anything?…in your pic it looks like you are keeping yourself up pretty well, if that make you feel any better :/

115!! I’m not much any good over 85 degrees. Don’t care if it’s dry or humid 115 is still 115. Got to be smart in that heat. Good luck with the food and heat. Get home safe!

You’re in fantastic shape. When you’re doen in the desert, you should definitely look into doing a competition.

    Be safe, stay strong!
