What to do?

So my work schedule is really conflicting with my workouts. I am waking up at 4:30am to be at work by 6:30 (45 min drive). I usually get home around 3-5:30pm.

My first conflict was energy. I usually am beat lazy from the lack of sleep and so much driving in traffic. I did however get some samples of Purple Wrath, a concoction of mostly essential amino acids, which gives me a nice non-caffeinated boost. (If I take caffeine past 3 I will have a hard time going to bed which is around 9 or 10!!). I bought a tub of Purple Wrath to help me get the workout I deserve…but….

…I feel when I get a great workout, that I need a good 9 hours of sleep, which clearly will not happen. I can get about an average of 7. I usually feel like shit in the morning. I do not know if I am doing damage to myself by not recovering enough through sleep. I often feel afraid to workout so hard, knowing I will groggy and exhausted the next day. I feel that it brings down my immune system as well (especially after a beastly back workout).

I am trying to recover as fast as possible. Soon everything for my stack will be here. It will include:

Vitrix, Novadex XT, Paravol, Purple Wrath, AAKK and Smart Gainer (Creatine, extra Glutamine, BCAA’s) and ofc course Multi-vitamins, fish oil and a variety of other basic supplements.
I am hoping this will give me enough of a boost to recover a little faster so my slight lack of sleep will not be a burden on my workouts. Eating enough is always a challenge but I can get through that. On the opposite side, I sometimes don’t get hard enough of a workout for a week and still eat alot, resulting in a little more body fat than desired.

Anyway, please share your comments. I would love to know what each one of you think. Give me a little inspiration!!

Peace!

-Levi
