okay so I used up one of my nights for drinking last night… had 6 shots w/some chaser, later followed by a grilled cheese on white & an order of curly fries. This morning at breakfast was a JOKE - 2 pancakes, hashbrowns, a muffin, a croissant… another muffin… oye. it’s okay though. You gotta take it one day at a time, and not just give up on being healthy for the rest of the day. Gonna tryy to get to the gym today, probably not gonna happen though with Econ, Stats homework, and the whole dehydration/5 hours of sleep thing. Healthy food’s what I gotta focus on. Here goes nuthin…
