Officially a clean day of eating. Feels awesome to get through without having any refined starchy or sugary foods, and it just goes to show that you can do this. Tomorrow is a new day. Keep it up!!

okay so I used up one of my nights for drinking last night… had 6 shots w/some chaser, later followed by a grilled cheese on white & an order of curly fries. This morning at breakfast was a JOKE - 2 pancakes, hashbrowns, a muffin, a croissant… another muffin… oye. it’s okay though. You gotta take it one day at a time, and not just give up on being healthy for the rest of the day. Gonna tryy to get to the gym today, probably not gonna happen though with Econ, Stats homework, and the whole dehydration/5 hours of sleep thing. Healthy food’s what I gotta focus on. Here goes nuthin…

Can I just say that trying to get in the best shape of your life and college food do NOT mix?!? Cuz they don’t. That raw broccoli at the salad bar just doesn’t look as appetizing on your plate when you walk by the sundae bar with heath bar, M&M’s, hot fudge, whipped cream… need I go on? I need to find some h-core motivation, and FAST. haha
