2.5 weeks in (and some years)… and I’m stoked :)
Stardate 5367: I’ve been on this mission for years, searching for the lost definition of muscle that dodges behind strange jiggling masses of tissues. I feel I am closer now than ever to finding my golden goblet.
LOL… just joshin’ ya. So, Today I took a few relaxed pics and put them next to my old fat a** pics from about 3 and 1/2 years ago. Mind you it was 6 months after I had delivered my 3rd baby. But that’s no excuse. I was fat and had done it to myself by not eating right. But now, I look at these pictures and I’m really happy! No… I’m not competetion worthy, but I really want to see what my body can do. It has REALLY changed! I think after these next 9.5 weeks - really sticking to the clean eating and religiously doing my workouts and hitting the weights… and not just lifting effortlessly over and over… really pushing my muscles until I feel the lactic acid BURN BABY! I think I might just LIKE my body…. imagine that!
So cheers to all the people on here that are struggling to "get er done". Keep it up. No… I’m not totally hottie status. But I’m on my way
So join me and let’s get through those layers of jiggly whatever and find US inside!
