Hey everyone, Good news- my husband has lost 24lbs! He is thrilled, and all he talks about is sporting his abs next summer! Go Baby! just watch out girls-he’s takenĀ  lol

    So, Ive got to tell everyone the news. I went to the doctor yesterday because I thought I had food poisioning, but I found out that I have hypoglycemia, which is low blood sugar. For those who don’t know what that is, it is a condition where your body doesn’t regulate the sugar in your blood very well. So, I have to eat six times a day and avoid sweets. The positive is Ive already started eating clean so it wont be a shock to my body, and it gives me motivation to eat healthy the rest of my life. The other thing I have to do is expect to feel crummy after I have sweets. The doc said if I eat protein with it I wont feel as bad, but consider it a forwarning. -What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger- ; )
