DH & I had to go to an early school assembly this morning. I had THREE different people come up to tell me how "skinny" or "thin" I am getting.
In the past, some of these comments from "others" were derogoratory. THESE new comments were not, not in the slightest. THESE comments came from our schools "Hot Bod" moms! I gave each one of them hugs & thanked them for noticing.
The "other" moms have accused me of NOT eating!! Can you believe that? No joke, I actually had one say to me "So, & so & I were talking about you and your weight loss." "So what are you doing… Not eating??" Are you F’ing kidding me??? I was so insulted. But I tried to be sweet, (yes, even after THAT comment) that I actually ate 5 to 6 times a day AND worked out 5 to 6 times a week. (sometimes more when I could fit it in…)
So as a result, I refuse to give up! I’m at 14.8% bodyfat & I’m going to show them that someone at MY age can go down to 10% and be smokin;)

I have discovered (I didn’t, but you know what I mean) the Fountain of Life!! A friend turned me on to this new drink called V. V is an organic blend of five super foods and features the Acai berry, a nutrient-rich super food from the Amazon.
There’s more! V’s synergistic blend of five super foods, delivers a great tasting drink with a power-packed nutritional punch. Best of all, V is free of added sugars, artificial sweeteners and preservatives.
The benefits are endless: boosted immune system; alleviated joint pain & inflammation; reduction in the signs of aging (we ALL want that); younger looking skin; increase energy, stamina & vitality; increased mental clarity; reduction in allergies; and many more!!
This company is local to me, it hasn’t even launched yet!! They currently only have 700+ distributors throughout the US. I’m so excited to be a part of this wonderful opportunity!! If you would like more information with regard on how you can enhance your health, & have the opportunity to change your life, contact me. Health, wealth, & happiness can be yours for the taking!! To great health~ Roseanne

I’m a little frustrated, right now, that my family wants to eat fast food. Due to my allergies, I cannot.(Gluten Intolerant) I know it’s a PLUS that I can’t, but it still is depressing. Does that make sense? I mean really, NEVER being able to just "splurge" on whatever you want to eat?! But DH will be bringing back Chicken wings… I LOVE them! Due to cross contamination that occurs in the fryer, I cannot partake.
It’s not like I’m really hungry, but I can’t cheat even if I wanted to. It’s dinner time, I’m not hungry, my allergies(sinus issues) are horrible right now, and I think I just want a liquid dinner tonight.(wine) At least it won’t make me itch.

After a couple of horrible trips to the Med Center & the E.R.(in the same day) I have figured out through the process of elimination, that I’m Gluten Intolerant. At first, it was depressing. I mean after all, not being able to have a "Cheat meal" like pizza, bread, or a beer?! But once I gave it some thought, how FABULOUS!! I can’t CHEAT or have a TREAT!!! It’s something to celebrate! It should make my transformation easier:) That makes me happy!! No more tempting foods or drinks. It’s all good!
I’ve had to do a lot of research of the things that contain Gluten & it’s mind boggling! It’s in medicine, sauces, drinks, & yes, protein drinks. I have found a protein drink that is Gluten-Free & I am waiting for it to arrive today! It’s ISOFemme from Allmax Nutrition. I found them by doing research on BB.com & also found that Tamar, from PlanetTamar is also Gluten intolerant(she actually has a more serious form called Celiac Sprue). She has been very helpful, Thank you, Tamar!
Cheers!
