Well I give myself an 8 for yesturday. i did really well durning the day, but blew it at night with 3 glasses of vino. Wine is my weakness, I wish it was easier to deny myself but everyday at 5:00 there comes that craving. uh…so frustrating. Why cant this be easy?
Still waiting to get my camera back from being fixed, getting mad now. I need my camera, I am obsessed with taking pictures.

Ok I got this idea from a transformation contest and decided it was worth a shot. I am going to hold myself accountable, by blogging everyday and taking a photo everyday. My goal is for 30 days, maybe I’ll keep going after that we shall see.
Today I did 20 mins of cardio I missed my abs, but I will make them up tomorrow.
Eats:
3/4c whites
1egg
1/2c oatmeal
meal2
proshake
11/4 scoop pp
1/2 banana
1 sl eziekle
meal3
3 oz chicken
13 almonds
bell pepper
meal 4
3/4c cottage cheese
1/2 scoop pp
1 tbsp pb
5 oz tilapia
1 c mixed vegs
salad w/balsamic & 1 tsp parm cheese
I am really proud of myself today I followed my diet great, and got my workout in. Todays a 10!

Yep had a few glasses of wine last night, and stayed up way to late now today I feel like crap. I am tired and just want to sleep, but anyone who has young children knows that just not going to happen. I haven’t been drinking in a long time, now I remember why, to me it’s just not worth loosing a good day over a few hours out.

I am convinced my scale is broken. i keep getting crappy readings. One day my bf is done one day its up. I am tracking my readings in a log to see if I can find patterns with water weight ect. But so far the only thing I have noticed is according to the scale I have not made any progress. uhh! This is so frustrating.

Ok so I never did this before but thought I’d give it a try. I feel like crap today, really! I must have gotten a stomach bug from my daughter, my guts are killing me. I was up most of the night last night too so I am very tired. I did push through my wo today. I did c-1 of my program which is chest/shoulders/tri’s, I pushed hard and will probably be feeling it tomorrow.
