		<description><![CDATA[Still hanging in there.  Finally weighed myself and was happy with the results  117.6 body fat 17.3% not bad for hardly working out in the past week.  Will finally get back to the gym tomorrow, the kiddies are feeling better.  I can&#8217;t wait to kick my own ass!

I give myself a 10 for yesturday.  Karen tweaked my formula some more, added another meal (6 total) and added some refuel days.  No more starving!  I did my cardio and abs.
 
TOday was a good day!
