Protein and fiber foods will keep you fuller. If you are watching the carbs then add more fat.

i agree with you. i went out last weekend to a party and had 4 beers. While I had a good time (didn't get home til 5.30am!!!) the next day I felt awful and i didn't real feel it was worth it. I probably would have had just a good of a time if I'd had nothing to drink and gone home at 11pm.

but i also agree with Pety-Pipper. You have to let loose occassionally. Mine will prob be only every few months or so now.

Keep up the good work. you look awesome!!

Mine is the same way and I have found that it is different depending if I just get out of the shower or if I am completely dry. I am not sure if you have the same type as I do but it works by sending a little current through you. The idea is fat does not conduct as well as muscle does, it also takes your age, height and weight then gives you a calculation that is like you said frustrating. I hear the only real way is with a caliper and I might try and get one of those, they are about 20 bucks or so (cheaper than my fancy scale)
