Headache and craving sweets.  I have a nagging headache for the past 2 days that just wont go away.  Did wo today because of it, I just want to lay down with my heating pad.  I have a killer craving for something sweet today, going to keep it clean by having some cottage cheese mixed with pp and a little pb hope this works!

Still hanging in there.  Finally weighed myself and was happy with the results  117.6 body fat 17.3% not bad for hardly working out in the past week.  Will finally get back to the gym tomorrow, the kiddies are feeling better.  I can’t wait to kick my own ass!

1 week in the books!

I am glad to have decided to go on this leaning out journey.  I feel lighter already but I have not weighed myself yet because I don’t want to get hung up on the #’s.  Missed a bunch of wo’s because my kids have been really sick, and I can’t take them to the gym with me.  I miss my wo’s, all I do at home is my cardio.  Still hungry, but trying to keep busy so I don’t realize it.  15% here I come!!

Day 3

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

To busy today to realize I was hungry, that was a good thing.  45 mins on the treadmill is boring!  Not looking forward to my 60 min session.  Kids have been sick so missed my weight session the last 2 days, I miss the gym it is my break from being mommy.  Went to the pool today to hang out with a bunch of skinny women eating pizza and drinking smirnoff ice.  I was so jelous!  But I knew to reach my goal I had to do w/o

Day 2

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Ok I am starving!  It is hard to get into the swing of dieting again.  But I am going to do it!!!  Saving up for my cheat day on sat, I can make it.  Took pics today to show my puffy belly, yuck! Don’t know y it uploaded 2x.

After a few months of more cals, I feel like I need to lean out a bit.  My abs a starting to hide, and my butt is growing ( not in a good way)  So starting today back on the diet goal 15% bf!!

Still no camera, I bet it will be here today.

 

I give myself a 10 for yesturday.  Karen tweaked my formula some more, added another meal (6 total) and added some refuel days.  No more starving!  I did my cardio and abs.

 

TOday was a good day!

5/10/09 Mothers Day

Give myself a 8 today.  I managed to squeeze in my back  & biceps wo after dinner.  Eating was ok, I did have my usual dish of LF ice cream at night.  2 glasses of wine.

Igive myself a 6 on a 1-10.  My hubby took me out tonight, date night.  Dinner and drinks.  I took the baby swimming so that was my exercise for the day.  I did good with my diet up until dinner.

Did great yesturday.  Followed my diet like a champ.  No wine either.  Missed my cardio, will have to make it up today.  My stats are the same as my last weigh in  117 lbs @ 18%.  Still no camera,  I am getting really agravated now…uhh.
