1 week in the books!
I am glad to have decided to go on this leaning out journey. I feel lighter already but I have not weighed myself yet because I don’t want to get hung up on the #’s. Missed a bunch of wo’s because my kids have been really sick, and I can’t take them to the gym with me. I miss my wo’s, all I do at home is my cardio. Still hungry, but trying to keep busy so I don’t realize it. 15% here I come!!
