Ok I am starving! It is hard to get into the swing of dieting again. But I am going to do it!!! Saving up for my cheat day on sat, I can make it. Took pics today to show my puffy belly, yuck! Don’t know y it uploaded 2x.

If you’re that hungry than you may not be eating enough…makes sure you getting healthy fats which help you feel satisifed.

Protein and fiber foods will keep you fuller. If you are watching the carbs then add more fat.
