Ok I got this idea from a transformation contest and decided it was worth a shot. I am going to hold myself accountable, by blogging everyday and taking a photo everyday. My goal is for 30 days, maybe I’ll keep going after that we shall see.
Today I did 20 mins of cardio I missed my abs, but I will make them up tomorrow.
Eats:
3/4c whites
1egg
1/2c oatmeal
meal2
proshake
11/4 scoop pp
1/2 banana
1 sl eziekle
meal3
3 oz chicken
13 almonds
bell pepper
meal 4
3/4c cottage cheese
1/2 scoop pp
1 tbsp pb
5 oz tilapia
1 c mixed vegs
salad w/balsamic & 1 tsp parm cheese
I am really proud of myself today I followed my diet great, and got my workout in. Todays a 10!
