I am so ready for warm weather and sun. I get very motivated this time of year, it’s a pattern for me. I just want to be in the best shape I could be for summer!
I am convinced my scale is broken. i keep getting crappy readings. One day my bf is done one day its up. I am tracking my readings in a log to see if I can find patterns with water weight ect. But so far the only thing I have noticed is according to the scale I have not made any progress. uhh! This is so frustrating.
Ok so I never did this before but thought I’d give it a try. I feel like crap today, really! I must have gotten a stomach bug from my daughter, my guts are killing me. I was up most of the night last night too so I am very tired. I did push through my wo today. I did c-1 of my program which is chest/shoulders/tri’s, I pushed hard and will probably be feeling it tomorrow.
